That will happens when Jesus comes and he still haven´t arrive, so what happens when we die? Where are we?

1 Thessalonians 4:14-16 14 For if our faith is that Jesus died and rose again, so, too, those who have fallen asleep [in death] through Jesus God will bring with him. 15 For this is what we tell YOU by God’s word, that we the living who survive to the presence of the Lord shall in no way precede those who have fallen asleep [in death]; 16 because the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a commanding call, with an archangel’s voice and with God’s trumpet, and those who are dead in union with Christ will rise first.

I vote for yes.

He loves to tell me and other Atheists and Agnostics that we don't exist. He also informed me that Pink Floyd was satanic.

This guy is comedy gold. :D

Take for example their doctrine of Spontaneous Salvation. Who can think of a concept more holy than that? (Even the Catholics can't beat that.)
They do have many holy writings, I hear also that they possess documents that have come down from the Period of the Referendum, many of which are holy.

Replies from religion scholars appreciated.

Atheists flat out deny the existence of a higher being or God, which is something ridiculously out of their league.

No human can surely know that there aren't higher powers in the Universe.

I'm Agnostic, which means I admit that I, as a human being, can not know if there is or isn't a God.

I can't say there is a God. But I also can't say with any amount of certainty that there isn't a God.

It appears to me that Atheists are just as fanatic about denying any possible existence of a God as religious folks are in trying to convince people of his/her/its existence.

Question though... I have some fairy statues in my room... is this considered "Occultish" to Christians that wouldn't be allowed? I really like the statues/figurines...

No matter if heaven is exactly what you picture it, wouldn't you eventually want to give Earth another try. I mean if there's nothing bad in heaven, wouldn't you get bored of perfect ice cream sundaes, endless summers, girls with no bras, and lambourghinis for everyone eventually, and miss the mystery of it all, falling in love, playing and losing only to make winning that much better.

And what if the Christians are right, it's going to be a bunch of Flanderseses up there, man give me Earth anyday.

Buddhists and Atheists get along pretty well here so understand this is a sincere though perhaps pointed question.

"Nietzsche criticized Buddhism for many of the same faults he attributed to Christianity, though he showed more respect for the former as being more realistic and opposed to revenge (he believed Christianity was a manifestation of latent resentment). He praised Buddhism for setting out to treat 'suffering'as opposed to 'sin', but believed the treatment itself represented a surrender of life, and ultimately a weaker response to the human condition than his own. "

Do you think that Buddhism is too focused on suffering and detachment rather than struggle and overcoming?

"But the peanut pant replied, 'Should I give up my fruit, so good and sweet, to hold sway over the plants?'

much like the Christians, Judges 9:11

This could be a point made about your particular faith or non faith.

Or it could have been an answer you were looking for and never really found.
