~~~Desi,,, The ancient Egyptians are classified as having a "Star Religion". It has been calculated, discovered that according the effect called "Precession" (as the universe expands, the stars change position with time), that the Sphinx, when originally built 10,500 years ago, directly faced the Constellation of Leo as it rose in the Horizon. There are many references to Orion and Orions Belt(where the dead pharoahs travel to) and the Milky Way are represented and mathematically aligned to the 3 main pyramids and the Nile River, respectively, "As Above, So Below",etc, ,,,and that the Mysterious Shafts within the The Great Pyramid point directly to Specific Stars. Isis & Osiris begat a son, Horus, ,,,, and Horus' son(horizon) is the Sun God which gave life to Earth, etc, etc,
There is no proof of this. In fact, there is no proof for who built the pyramids. Any of the engravings "discovered" inside the Great Pyramid and the two lesser pyramids have been proven to have been hoaxes. There isnt even any evidence that they were built as burial chambers...
It is possible they were built for religious purposes, however it is a well known fact that the Pyramids at Giza (only three pyramids of hundreds located throughout Egypt) actually line up directly with the three belt stars of Orion, and it is beleived that the overall ground plan for building the temples and Pyramids at Giza was to make a living map of the stars, here on earth...
They were built as Pharoah burial monuments. It was in a way religious. Not just everyone got a monument built for their death. You had to be a pretty important person in society to get one of those built for you. In the Egyptian culture, it was believed that if you didn't have a proper burial, including mummification and the monument with all of your important possessions placed in it, you would not pass into the afterlife. It was a religious belief, so the pyramids were built specifically for the Pharoahs so that when they died, they would pass peacefully into the afterlife. In the case of King Tut, he died unexpectedly, so they were not able to complete a pyramid for him. Instead they had to create a burial mound in a short amount of time so that he could pass into the after life. Sorry if I was repetitive.....
Pharaoh the Egyptian King was considered a god and he wanted to take everything with him. So the Pyramids were built for a God.
The belief in the afterlife was that you could live forever so preparation was made in the pyramid. So it was built to conform to a religious belief.
God built creation to show his majesty and the pyramids were built show the Pharaoh's majesty.
most archaeologists say that they were constructed as burial monuments associated with royal solar and stellar cults.
The Worship of the Moon and the Sun.
During the Old Kingdom era, kings of Egypt began to emphasize their divine associations and their people believed them to be manifestations of the god Horus. After the time of Khufu, kings were also proclaimed to be sons of the great sun god Re. After his death, the king became associated with Osiris, father of Horus and god of the underworld. The king's sacred powers were passed on to the new ruler - usually his son.
The pyramid shape represented the sun's rays which the dead king would use as a ramp to the celestial realm.
they were used for burial purposes AFTER their original use became non existent.
what was the original use? power plant.
now many laugh...but that is cause they lack the info.
research LAN-lines and the electric lines of the earth. all pyramids, stonehenge, mayan pyramids, all of them all over the globe are on these lines....its an ancient power plant system for the globe.
ancients had planes, batteries, did brain surgery that was more advanced that ours today, knew the entire universe and plotted it.....we "modern men" didn't even find pluto till the 1950's and we still lack the last planet....the one they have etched in stone.
many think ancient times and think caveman, chariot battles, but that is all TV and media....not facts, not science.
also research why people wanted to line the top of the great pyramid with gold....it was not for decoration nor anything else...but to restart the power plant, for they realize that is the key. but egypt and all said no.
