yes, but he was not satan when he was created. His name was Lucifer, and he was the "top dog" in Heaven, second only to the Holy Trinity (God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit). He had rule over ALL angels and everything in heaven. But, he wanted more; he wanted to ascend ABOVE God (Isaiah 14:14). God kicked Lucifer out of heaven and make him into the form of a serpent. That is when he became known as Satan and the Devil.
>> FYI: Lucifer is seemingly synonymous with Satan and Devil, but in reality, Lucifer is a good name that means "Son of the Morning."

Satan used to be one of God's most trustworthy angels but he got to be too full of himself and was sent down to live in hell. So yes, God created him but he didn't create him as evil. That was Satan's choice.

Yes.
He even created the serpent. Genesis clearly says that the serpent was one of the most clever creatures God had created.

Indeed he did. God made everything, including evil. Even though he didn't make Lucifer choose unwisely, he knew he would when he created him. That makes him responsible for the entire affair, and for the position it supposedly puts us in today. That explanation for how and why we exist is so insane a little child can see its lunacy. Don't you remember what you thought when you first heard of original sin?
