That may be a silly question. I've done something i shouldn't have and i realize it and i have promised myself i won't do it again. i have read the bible nonstop and prayed like crazy but i just feel like God is angry with me for doing this.

After Nicholas H's question, I was inspired to bring this challenge to Christians. This is a challenge to cite at least ONE quote proving that Hitler was an Atheist. Having a quote where he doesn't like some church does NOT count as being Atheist. Again, Christians: Can you cite ONE quote that proves Hitler was an Atheist?

Do you have a friend who
-is always there
-will tell you if she thinks you are struggling with something in your spiritual walk
-will give you advice and not soften stuff down because she knows that she can be honest with you
...among other things along those lines

Genesis 28:14
"And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth; and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed."

I Love Life, but why would I not give up my life if it meant that all the suffering would end. How many people have committed suicide because they hurt someone else and could not live with the pain that they caused? To Know God is to Know suffering hurt and pain as HE THE CREATOR designed all of it. He also is planning on causing more according to The Bible. He dupes his followers into believeing that it is all mankinds fault, but this is a cowardly thing to do. Why not take the blame for the wrongs HE COMMITTED? If He created sAtAn, why do I have to suffer for the wrongs committed by him? I didn't create this mess He's in!

Why do you think the woman is doing this to nonchristians? She's cloned me, Terry G, and now Pangel. What is wrong with her? Does she like to be ridiculed or is it a mental illness? Does she get off on negative attention or something? I'm trying hard to understand what could be wrong with her, but there is just too much to look at it's bewildering.

I was just sitting here thinking about this. You know how it feels to be in the presence of God, life is just so perfect and happy. There is nothing in this world that could go wrong that God isn’t going to fix. Anyway, I was trying to remember if I had ever felt like this before. Early childhood, before sad and confusing things started changing me, I played and I was happy and I thought about God a lot. I think that’s how heaven is going to feel for us. What do you think?

No, my friend, you have failed to realize the point.

Whatever name you give your higher power, you are recognizing just that, the HIGHER POWER.

New Age is what this world needs, and see religion as a collective and no boundaries, and actually enjoy life, and not be so afraid of what they do now!!!! As long as what you do is not harming anyone else or yourself, then why does that matter?! Because your BELIEF tells you so? Pshh...yeah, save your precious oxygen...

Blessed Be, Peace Be With You..

I mean besides the major difference in belief about God's existence....were still all the same. I believe in God but I've met amazing people in my lifetime who are atheists, others who are unsure of what to believe and others who completely believe in God. For the most part, we accept our differences because there are so many more similarities between us. I'm hoping this is true for most people. Is it?

He was a Christian. In Hitler's OWN WORDS IN HIS BOOK MEIN KAMPF:

"I had excellent opportunity to intoxicate myself with the solemn splendor of the brilliant church festivals. As was only natural, the abbot seemed to me, as the village priest had once seemed to my father, the highest and most desirable ideal."2 (Hitler admired religious figures).

"The greatness of Christianity did not lie in attempted negotiations for compromise with any similar philosophical opinions in the ancient world, but in its inexorable fanaticism in preaching and fighting for its own doctrine."21

For 38 other quotes in Hitler's own words proving that he was a Christian, check out this site....or just read his book like I did!!!!!!!!!

How many Christians will tell me that they are going to a better place called Heaven, in the kingdom of God; meaning that they have no want to try to salvage this world from the filth that they leave behind. Be fruitful and Multiply-can you tell that to the chickens, beef and vegtables that these multitudes will need to eat? Of course not, all you can do is hope that there will be enough for those that you are giving life to-and yet you see the star5vation that exists in other parts of the world and the swollen bellies of babies that do not get this sustenance. Is that FRUITFUL? This thing you call God has allowed me to see suffering and agony-and yet professes love-through religions that war and kill each other. More like be Fearful and Multiply-Jesus word is causing more distruction to this planet than Hitlers war machines ever did. Yet We could fight Hitler and his followers, how do we fight the followers of a coward God that hides and yet they fight having never seen him?

Do you celebrate it? What do you do? How does it fit in with your religion? Or do you, like me, see it as just a great excuse to party, no matter what religion (or lack of it) you are?

if the comforter is holyspirit then Jesus may say it like this
" you know the holyspirit that exist within us, he still be with you and will be called the comforter??!"

-but instead Jesus was talking about someone that the world still don't know, definatly not the holyspirit who they already know:
Jhn 14:17
the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

-only when Jesus leaves, the promise comforter will come.
John 16:7
Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

What is your explanation of the "evidence", a. archelogical finding that "back-up" the evolution theory, b. the fossils.
What evidence do you have the disproves all of this, that makes these not a fact of evolution. Other the religion, is there NO way to argue against evolution?

Instead they accepted a romanticized image of what they want him to have been. Since accepting Jesus into your heart is integral to salvation, can't we insert Pascal's wager here and say that they should accept gays just in case Jesus was? And please don't tell me that Jesus can't be gay, it sounds like you're forbidding him, and who are you to forbid your god to do anything?

All Gods/Goddesses represent one major detail that many forget...
They are recognizing the DIVINE, the LIFE ENERGY within everything alive.

No matter what you choose to call it, it represents the one thing we can all feel and sense, and that is the Higher Power.
