animals do suffer and feel pain and they do have a want to live, it's a natural instinct, people are just too stuck up about having self-awareness and a conscience, which makes them think they're thousands of times better than animals, and that animals don't feel anything because they're not human, which isn't true, but even with the intelligence, when looked at from a scientific perspective, what good have humans done for the earth? how have they help maintain the balance in an ecosystem? we haven't even been around for a million years, so we're not considered a successful species, we've only made things better for ourselves but what good does that too when you destroy everything else around you, i'm sorry if i went off topic, but if there was a god, he would not justify the suffering and pain of an animal due to human intervention, and you cans ee that in the dharmic religions

Wise and Young, i have not heard such rubbish for a long time. To me it sounds like you condone animal cruelty as long as it benefits people.
God isn't real, but i've heard a few religious people (not all think this though) but they think that because there is an "after life" that you can rape this planet of everything and that humans are top dog and all other life forms be it animal or plant are below. And that it doesn't matter how we treat them because "God"will supply all we need in an afterlife! (who cares about future generations anyways and the well being of our earth??)
We need to speak up for the animals, they dont have a voice.
But you're right, if "God" did exist you'd think animals wouldn't suffer because they dont sin like people do.

There are 3 verses i like to contemplate approximately this project: Ecclesiastes 3:19 For that which befalleth the sons of fellows befalleth beasts; even some thing befalleth them: because of the fact the only dieth, so dieth the different; yea, they have all one breath; in order that a individual hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity. (3:19-21) 3:20 All bypass unto one project; all are of the dirt, and all turn to dirt as quickly as greater. 3:21 Who knoweth the spirit of guy that goeth upward, and the spirit of the beast that goeth downward to the earth? So it form of feels to me that God has already made up his concepts on the project. those verses will could humble the loads, regardless of the undeniable fact that they are fairly confusing to comprehend and that i've got appropriate heard them pronounced as quickly as. i've got self assurance it must be unfair for a number of his soreness-experiencing shape to could go through soreness on an identical time the entertainment does no longer. in any different case, what must be the ingredient of him giving the flair to undergo? *no longer that i'm a theist you prefer to take heed to from. **In reaction to an respond above, now no longer anthropomorphizing somewhat bit would be very conceited. Anthropomorphizing is thinking animals have advantageous components persons have. Are we extremely so specific and "bigger"? a minimum of so a techniques as diverse mammals bypass, we've an entire lot in classic.

We are all beings on this planet....and as animals do to lower animals, we dominate.
Some torture animals before killing them for market..
Or skin them alive for a fancy fur coat to feed their family.
But, without going through suffering, you will not find why you went through it in the first place.
Everything happens for a reason, even if it feels like their is no hope, it all comes with time and self reflecting.
EDIT FOR THE PERSON A COUPLE SPOTS BELOW ME
No, I do not condone the torture of animals..
are u Nucking Futs!!! I love animals, on the real.
Im just giving this person the honest truth of what humans do.
So I hope this clears up your statement...
Sorry if I confused you...

This is an imperfect world, and everything suffers in some way. God doesn't want any of His creation to suffer, but we brought it on ourselves by disobedience and sin. Animal are innocent victims of our bad choices.

Animals do not suffer the same pain as humans, and God clearly looks out for them.
Numbers 22:33 And the [donkey] saw me, and turned from me these three times: unless she had turned from me, surely now also I had slain thee, and saved her alive.
Though they clearly suffer pain, people have to suffer two forms of pain that they do not, greater childbirth pangs and toil associated with work (stress).
Genesis 3 (sorrow~pain)
16Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.
17And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life

This is something people do think about, I guess that we are not meant to understand everything. One day perhaps we will.

Why do you? You know about it so now you are considered an alibi if you do not do anything about it.
