This is presuming heaven exists (I'm an atheist and I can still answer this question - though I wont ;P)

I don't know how you'd do B at any rate, but just assuming you could somehow make someone else a better person/make them believe in whatever gets you into heaven, but you yourself wouldn't become a betterperson/believe anything more. I know it is unlikely, but this is totally hypothetical.

And personally, I think it'd be a tough choice. But dying with the knowledge I was getting someone else to heaven... that'd be the real heaven. Possible exceptions with people like Hitler, who I don't think deserve it at all (though if you could reform someone like that, perhaps it is worth it.) For my friends, instantly I'd pick B. For the average joe on the street, probably B as well. For anyone truly nasty I'd have to think for a long time about that.

I think it's easier for atheists to pick B, not because of any superiority exactly, but because we're not used to believeing there's a heaven for anyone. The idea of getting someone in is amazing enough, we don't need to feel that we'd go to heaven as we don't believe we will anyway.

C. None of the above.

Depends on who the person in B is. If that person deserves it more than I do, I'd give him the spot. Of course if I was really this nice, I would deserve heaven anyway, but I'm not, so I don't know if I do. I'll just say A.

My soul is my own responsibility. The entire logic behind mortal life is to become worthy of heaven. Everything I say, think and do is accountable to me alone and no one else. Before Anyone should bother to save someone else's soul, he/she must first be able to save his/her own. If I do try to get someone else into heaven, that would be a good deed.... a way to add myself more points.... something like that. I am a Catholic and I studied in a private Catholic school until I graduated from High school. I was thought everything I should learn about my faith and that made me strong..... until i reached college were my eyes were opened to a reality beyond religion. There is more to learn about my faith and even the faith and belief of others that I should know about......I learned about philosophy ...... I have become an open being. But I did not loose my faith despite being mislead by some priests and other Catholics, I have realized more than they all have. But I still live like any regular faithful.... I just see more beyond what others see.

Since this is hypothetical, I should be saying B. We are to love our neighbor as ourself and do everything for them. But, being human, I want to go there more than I want him there. So I would say A, but should be saying B. I am not an Atheist and believe heaven exists.

Hi Young surf,
If I am A) Going to get into heaven then I am going to have to attempt to B) Get others there because that is a part of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-21). We are expected to assist others in learning the ruth about our Savior. In so doing, we are to teach and baptize them when they are ready to do so. I am a Christian and I therefore am doing this as I am able to do so. I hope that you have a few minutes to at least look this over.

Study these scriptures and see what you think. To become a Christian:
1. We must HEAR GOD’s WORD. - Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
2. We are told to BELIEVE. - To the Prison guard in Acts 16:31 Paul and Silas said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household."
3. We must REPENT (turn from) of our sins. - Acts 17:30 Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent.
4. We are told to CONFESS CHRIST before men. - Matthew 10:32 "Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven.
5. We are to enter the waters and BE BAPTIZED. - Mark 16:16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.
6. We are told to CONTINUE TO BE FAITHFUL until death. - Revelation 2:10b Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.
Send me a note if you have questions. I am anxious to hear from you. Have a Great day.

Hypothetically speaking I would then get that other person into heaven, for having done so, I would assure myself of a place in proper course of time and event in the future.

Well, if someone was a really good person, I'd want them to go to heaven. But, ultimately, I'd like to get to heaven. It is a question full of variables.

I am an atheist. But my understanding of the concept of heaven is that it is for personal reward alone. You can't nominate someone for heaven. Either you have lived a good life and go to heaven or you don't. There's no buddy-system in the afterlife.

. with regards to HELL What do think of Hell quite is? previous testomony (Hebrew) - Sheol is in basic terms the grave. New testomony (Greek) - Hades is in basic terms the grave. Hell is in basic terms the grave. in case you have been taught that it quite is an eternal burning fireplace, stoked by making use of devil, please understand that the Bible says at Revelation 20:10, Revelation 20:thirteen, 14, and Revelation 21:8 that Hades and devil are the two destroyed. Verse 8 says that the "Lake of fireplace" is loss of life. It says that each and every physique LIARS pass there. devil IS a liar. John 8:40 4 devil DIES. The Bible says so ! No devil+No Hades, ability there's no eternal burning hellfire. See.....The Bible does not quite prepare what optimal religions say that it does . .

If you knew what A is all about you wouldn't ask this question, because in the truest sense the question is not about love. It’s about seeing whether or not believers can put their obedience to God aside for a moment and put themselves in his place. There is only one way for your friend to get into heaven, and that’s by obedience to God, by repentance and believing in Jesus Christ for forgiveness of sin.
