I have a question, have any of you as folowers of Christ ever had an expereince wehre you have laid hands on someone and they were healed? I am an apostle and follower of Jesus Christ, and I love to preach the Gospel every where I go, But I was wondering if we as modern day christians have the power to heal in Jesus name? I would love to preach the Gospel and lay hands on people and do Just as the aposltes did and glorify God through this wonderful gift. any expereinces? any suggestions?

I ask this in all seriousness. Whilst I do not worship any 'God' do You (not your God) judge me as being any less of a person. Before you answer, let me tell you a few things about myself:

i) I care for and love my friends and family and always make myself available to them if they are in need.

ii) I voluteer at The Samaritans twice a week after work (not a lot I know but I work long hours and there has to be sometime for my partner.

iii) I give what I can to charity.

iv) I firmly believe that we should treat each other as we would like to be treated.

v) I hate the fact that people go to war over their beliefs - surely we can all respect each others view.

So whilst I may not pray or believe in creation, I believe that I am a good person, but do you think less of me?

Muslims follow their religion. Hindus follow their religion. But it seems so many people in this country who call themselves Christians don't even follow Christianity. They just call themselves Christians because their grandparents were Christians, but the last time I checked, being a Christian means actually following Christianity. Having Christian heritage doesn't make oneself a Christian by definition. They just re-write an imaginary Bible in their heads instead of listening to God's actual word. "Nobody's perfect" isn't an excuse to not follow the simplest rules of your religion, you know, stuff like not committing violent crimes, not screwing out of wedlock, or actually putting at least a little effort into raising kids if you have any. This is a free country, so you don't have to be a Christian, but please don't call yourself a Christian if you really aren't one. For example, Paris Hilton calls herself a Christian. Mr. Divide the country and does the opposite of what he says is a Christian. Give me a &#&$ break.

-instead of love, their most powerful emotion is fear. they both fear a god and live life revolving around fear.
-they both refuse to accept other people's faiths and intolerant of them of others that think differently.
-force is one of their means of communication: bombing of abortion clinics, bombing of buildings. threatening others of hell.
-they're both judgemental and eager to damn you if u don not live like they live.
-they're both patriarchal societies. they worship mainly the males and neglect the females: jesus, allah
-they both think if they dont pray to a god at a certain time, they will get punished.
-they don't take responsibilty for their actions. it is either god or satan that told them to do something.
-they both need to be BRIBED with a reward in order to do something "good". they cant be good just for the sake of being good. ie: promise of heaven, 72 virgins etc.

I don't know what is wrong with me !
I always get pimples in my forhead, Like it has been happend from a month ago, but It nevered happend before so like, Once a pimple heals back, after two days, it comes back on the same place or really close to it!! and as a matter of fact I am a Drummer and I got a concert tonight ,Please help me!!

I *often* see believers complaining about non-believers who "ought not come here" because "this is the R&S section!".

Should only the religious and spiritual participate in this section? Should only the religious and spiritual ask and answer questions here? Is it a PROBLEM that non-believers come here? If so, why is it a problem?

Why didn'ht he make his presence known to the masses? Why did he just leave it up to a few different people to preach what he said, and leave it up to whether people believed them or not? And why just in the middle-eastern region of the world? 2000 years is a long time for christians to iron out all the wrinkles in the bible.
