I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://acnehomesolution.com/index.html that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

I dont think there is anything you can do tonight but maybe cover it up with someone's makeup. You didn't say how old you were - could it be puberty? Hormones play the biggest role in acne. If you can keep your face clean and keep your hair off of it - it will help. Try proactiv or something similiar that has a cleaner and medication also.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symptoms and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.

For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

There r many treatments for acne. I myself got acne and was even on pills and it still diddn't help so than I started to take ACCUTANE a very srong acne medicine. I suggest that u see a dermotologist or till u get a appointment go to the pharmacy and buy some medication. As far as your concert you can buy a cover up, very similar to make up.

well, if its always on your forehead, try examining the stuff you are putting on your hair. Acne is caused by many things- stress, hair products, coming of age, etc. Peoples skin gets oily everyday by sweating, etc. Try washing your face with something that wont be too harsh on your skin like Purpose. Its a good cleansing solution you can get at the nearest walmart. It has no soap in it but yet it cleanses good without being harsh on the skin. if your skin requires more, try proactive.

It is the soap and detergents that you are using. First no products with parfum and alcohol. Second, stop drinking milk and drink soy milk instead (flaovor if vanilla isn't your taste) Fourth, get rid of red meats and only eat boneless chicken, fish prepferably salmon. Now here is the real secret.... Go to the dollar store and buy natural soaps and similar detergent.

use some of your moms or big (or lil) sis's make up. As long as it matches your skin no one will notice.Be sure not to tell. But after tonight get some proactive. it works wonders. or if you sweat on your forehead or whatever it cleans out your pores trying running around the block or working out.
