I posted a question inviting people to come to church (no particular one), and they deleted it. Now this "Donald Trump" character asks how to BURN DOWN CHURCHES, and Yahoo lets it remain up!
What's wrong with this picture???

I remember reading something. It said the Koran said to "kill the Jews and Christians." It said that they were friends or something... Can someone (preferably a Muslim) please explain what is meant by that?

In response to my question about Paul, I got:

"One of the accusations that have come from the anti-Christian camp lately is that Paul "invented" his own version of Christianity.
There's no base to that, the accusation is groundless.
You see, if they can cause doubt among the Christians regarding the doctrine of inspiration of scripture, then they have a wedge in to make you falter."

I'm not trying to make anyone falter, I'm trying to help people think. To just think about it, with the brain God gave you.
For one, there is evidence against Paul's sincerity:

Hyam Maccoby, a Talmudic scholar believes there is little we can learn about Jesus from Paul's letters. He questions Paul's integrity as well:"Scholars", he says, "feel that, however objective their enquiry is supposed to be, .. never say anything to suggest that he may have bent the truth at times, though the evidence is strong enough in various parts of his life-story that he was not above deception when he felt it warrented.

I mean, yes, religion is pretty obviously present in our society. But I think that calling it a theocracy is exaggerating it a bit.

In yesterdays Chicago Sun Times one of the articles stated that some muslims believe that non-muslims should be second class citizens in muslim countries.

We live in America. Should anyone here be a second class citizen? Or are all equal, Christian, Muslim, Jew, Atheist, etc.?

Jesus had to perform miracles to prove he was who he said he was. What proof did Paul have to show that he had authority from God? Why was it so much less than what Jesus himself had to show? What was the purpose of Paul? Wasn't Jesus so inadequate that he need Paul?
