I remember reading something. It said the Koran said to "kill the Jews and Christians." It said that they were friends or something... Can someone (preferably a Muslim) please explain what is meant by that?

The Verse Of The Sword from Al-Tawbah
Fight and slay the pagans (infidels) wherever ye find them, and seize them,
beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem of war." - Sura 9:5

It is not heresy and also it was not God's plan for Jesus to die of old age.. It was also God's will for Jesus to be killed .as a sacrifice for the sins of humanity God's plan was prophesied by Isaiah. John 3:16 states that God so loved the world, that is the sinners that he gave his only son. "Note the word gave." the word gave means Jesus was prepared for the cross before he was born. Acts 2:36-39 - The house of israel was told during pentecost that they had killed the lord and christ. they stood hopeless when they realised the truth but Peter calmed them by saying that there is a way and it is repentence and baptism for the remission of sins and the gift of the Holy Ghost. Now note verse 39 when Peter said,: for the promise: which can be said as the prophesy before the actual. The promise is to Israel, those afar off and as many as the Lord shall call. Killing a non-Muslim when he is a mu’aahid (one of those who have a peace treaty with the Muslims) is a sin, one of the major sins.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: ‘Whoever kills a mu’aahid will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, even though its fragrance may detected from a distance of forty days.’
But with regard to non-Muslims who are at war with the Muslims and do not have a peace treaty with the Muslims or are not living under Muslim rule, then Muslims are commanded to kill them, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you, and let them find harshness in you” [al-Tawbah 9:123]
But this should be in the case of jihaad under the leadership of one of the leaders of the Muslims, or his deput

Believe me There's no religion in the whole earth as fair as Islam, do you know , why?? Beacause it's the religion of Allah (IT'S THE TRUE RELIGION OF THE CREATOR).

There is no where in Qur'an that says we must kill jews & christians
Islam respect all other religions & believe in all prophets, BUT unfortunatly, most of christians & jews doesn't respect Islam, Why ??!!

Islam is a peace religion ..
koran says to Muslims to fight who fights them and that is the justice. In all our history Muslims didn"t kill Christians and Jews except if they kill them ..
some of non Muslims understand from Koran what they want to understand and others twist the facts to meet their minds and any one can return to history and read what Muslims did with non Muslims hostages in Spain and in Palestine ..
if you want to know who says to kill Muslims in any where in the world you can watch the news in your TV to see Muslims i Iraq ,Palestine ,Afghanistan and Lebanon.....
