People say that islam is a peaceful religion(im not saying it isnt).isnt it more likely for a muslim to commit terrorism than any other religion?if you are muslim arent you more likely to be persuaded into terrorism?So isnt islam a gateway to terrorism...kinda like how people say that marijuana is a gateway drug to other things..if you convert to islam arent you more likely to become a terrorist that another religion?"im not racist to islam" im just stating the statistics..EXAMPLE OF WHAT IM SAYING...statistics say that if you were to convert to islam there is a .00003% more of a chance that you would commit a terrorist act than if you were any other religion.its not a high percentage but never the less it is a percentage

If you hold to a literal reading of Genesis then God created two humans, Adam and Eve. From them all the people of the world are descended.

Now we have different people in the world today. Lots of different races. Now how do we get all these races from one breeding pair? I can think of two possible answers:

1. They evolved! In which case the "if we evolved from apes why are there still apes" argument goes out of the window. Pick a race for Adam and Eve, black for instance. Now if white people evolved from black people why are there still black people? or
2. God created the races seperately

So, Creationism must either accept some evolution and give up one of its most cherished jibes or hold to a position that is inherently racist.

C'mon Creationists which are you going to admit to:
- There is no problem with humans evolving from apes or
- Racism
Which is worse to admit? I'm fascinated to find out.

I don't like the fact that some(not all) athiests and thiests are putting each other down. I am in this section so that I can spread the word of God but it hurts me to see all of these people saying crude things to each other. I think we should just ask questions that are respectfull. So my question is simple. Why put each other down? Why not just try to ask and answer questions so that we can understand one another better in a respectful way?

Anyone else see a distinct similarity here? Somebody writes something down and a load of people believe in it, change their lifestyle around it and basically go completely mental. A man fed 5000 people with a few fish and a couple of loaves of bread, a big guy in the sky made humans out of mud and ribs, talking snakes, an invisible being that controls everything we do, aliens coming down millions of years ago and somehow now have control over everything we do, the world is secretly populated with weird lizard things that live among us, and oh, guess what, have control over everything we do!

When you can see how easily people will believe the nonsense they read, how can you rely on organised religion as a source of truth?

what will happen to you if you came after your death to the doomsday
then you found that all you have expected about it is wrong
what if you found that all the creatures of the world have came to GOD on its knees even jesus , even the holy spirit ???

No one really knows what Jesus looked like back then except the people that lived during this time period. However, Jesus is portrayed to have long blonde hair and blue eyes. I noticed that Muslims do not even try to recreate how anyone in the Qu'ran looks. Im also thinking that since Jesus is portrayed as white some white people may subciously think they are superior to other races, since Jesus is the son of God.
