If there is a raging fire, who is a Muslim obliged by the Koran to save? Mother Teresa or a muslim murderer?

Even if Mother Teresa has previously saved his life and sacrificed her self for him many times over, and the other victim is a Muslim murderer-rapist-thief, who must the Muslim passerby save according to the Koran?

First:
As a muslim obliged by the Holy Qur'aan I should save them both as Allah says(interpretation of the meaning) in the Holy Qur'aan:

“… if anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land — it would be as if he killed all mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind…”

[al-Maa'idah 5:32]

Second:
muslims are not murderers as evidenced in the verse above and as The proppht Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon Him) says:

‘Whoever kills a mu’aahid (one of those who have a peace treaty with the Muslims) will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, even though its fragrance may detected from a distance of forty days.’

Third:
Muslims are not rapists as Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“The recompense of those who wage war against Allaah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off from opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter”

[al-Maaidah 5:33]

Forth:
Muslims are not thieves as Allah says in the Holy Quran (interpretation of the meaning):

“And (as for) the male thief and the female thief, cut off (from the wrist joint) their (right) hands as a recompense for that which they committed, a punishment by way of example from Allaah. And Allaah is All Powerful, All Wise”
[al-Maa’idah 5:38]

Note that the three verse I've quoted are from the same Surah (i.e. Chapter) called Al-Maa'idah what if you read the whole Qur'aan (114 Surah and the total number of its verses is 6236 not only 3 verses)??!!

There is nothing in the Quran to indicate such an answer. You save whomever you physically can. If there is a raging fire are people giving you there life story before trying to save them? No. As a Muslim you would like any other human being do what you can to help in a crisis. So my answer as a Muslim is whoever i physically can save. It is not for me to judge someone that is Gods job. And also as a Muslim we believe no one dies one second before or one second after there time, so really is is Gods choice who is saved not ours.

When Jesus saw the thief on the cross beside him he said he was forgiven and would see him in heaven.
Mother Teresa is already in the arms of Jesus so I would save the Muslim.
