I've come to the conclusion that God can't read our mind and so he will only know more about us through our action. That's why religious people say he has to 'test' us. We are like lab rats in his eyes and he is looking for an answer to see if are going to depend on him or think for ourselves.
He will only know if we tell him.

Yes, God does know you don't believe in him. It sadens his heart that you do not recognize that without believing in Him you will fall. Even the devil(Satan, Lucifer, Morining Star, or Most Beautiful Angel) and demons acknowledge God existents.

yes. and you should be asking "why don't i believe in him?". ask yourself about the things you've never seen before in person (a million dollars etc.) but you know they're out there.
