(KJV)Genesis 1:29 And God said, “See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food."

God said all plants are good, and for food. So why are so many (I know some aren't, and you guys are cool!) Christians anti-pot?

I mean, if you're not being gluttonous, just having a doob after work or whatever, and you still take care of what you need to?

My boyfriend/best friend is Greek Orthadox. I love him very much and have for most of my life and we want to get married in a few years time.

He is very set on having our wedding in a church. I'm not religious, I have never been inside a church, and my whole family are not religious.

I love him very much but I don't want to get married in a church. He says I have to get baptised. All this stuff is all strange to me, but he's set on having it in a church.

Any suggestions of what I can do? I've already compromised a lot in our relationship. I love him very much. Please help!

And needed Muhammad to plead with Allah to reduce it to 5? Allah is all knowing, he shouldn't need anyone, not even Muhammad to tell him anything. If anything, it should be the otherway round, it should be Allah telling Muhammad that all you need is 5 prayers a day right from the start. Although I'm muslim myself, I can't rationalize this. Can someone else help? Thanks.

How many times have I heard. Does God exist? If he does, or if he doesn't, this is not an intelligent question. I dont try to be mean with my questions but I do try to make them worthy of you. Why did the chicken cross the road? To get away from the mad Atheists on the other side. Ok it was funny not the joke but the idiots of it.
