I have the absolute assurance of heaven because of my faith and trust in Jesus Christ for salvation. I don't trust in my works (not good enough)....I don't trust in my so-called "goodness" (still not good enough)......I don't trust in some "flying spaghetti monster" as I've heard it called on this forum (are you freakin' kidding me?).......I trust in the one true God....Jesus Christ who is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

So where are you going when you die?

Because this just in.....you will die someday....it's a guarantee.

I was having a debate with my fellow colleagues who are muslim. And a lot of things they asked me i could not answer not because i couldnt but what they said was right.
A nun covers herself head to toe and she is classified as being devouted. And if a muslim woman does it shes classified as being oppressed.
When a we (christians) commit a crime, the individual goes on trial but if a muslim commits a crime - it is not he thats goes on trial but islam that does - this is clearly evident in the media.
Having looked at these questions and queries raised by my work colleagues and looking around in the media at what is going on, why else does the government think that the muslim communities are not cooperating fully with the police. There seems to be one agenda for us and another agenda for muslims. If only they would just talk to the muslim communities and work on solving the differences and we stand together like we stand together like we like we once did. IS this right?

Every religion belive that god is present everywhere, he is omnipresent, and then why should they see the difference. like a hindu can see his god even in muslim and in christian, a muslim can see his god in the hindus also and in christian also and a christian can see his god in a hindu and a muslim. Why should there be a difference as a muslim, a christian, and a Hindu?

I do. Just look at the middle east conflict now, and just look at the peace process that is bing pushed by the EU who have now expanded their offices in Israel and are now talking behind closed doors. There is a peace covernant for the middle east including Israel that is eager to come out. By the way the EU work in seven year terms now. I reckon the antichrist will arise within 20 years. the world is on the brink of exploding into world war 3. Jesus is coming sooner than you think. Are you getting ready, if not now is the time, as we do not know the day or hour, and all I know is it will be very, very, soon. The generation that saw Israel back in the land will be the generation that will see the return of Christ. Some of us will not have to taste death, maybe not all of us, as some might be lift behind at the rapture(the luke warm christians)or some may die in a car accident, or cancer or anything within a few years, but this generation that lives until the return of Christ will not

In the time of Christ the standard military sidearm was a sword. How did Christ feel about carrying a military sidearm? Did Jesus think carrying a sword or sidearm was a good thing? Did the disciples carry swords or sidearms? Based on What Did Jesus Do, (WDJD) should churches oppose or support political hand gun controls?
