I am not Christian, but what I know is that you should wear a veil when you enter a Church for modesty. Or at least something else that is not attractive like a cleavage. I mean showing your cleavage is just a way of showing part of your beauty in a place where supposedly how you look shouldn't care. Even if the other girls do it--it's not herd mentality.

Church is place of worship. PLACE TO COMMUNE WITH GOD. Would you go to meet your elders in a bikini? No, you respect them. Show respect to God by respecting your body.
No, it is not right to show cleavage in church. Other girls perspective of God is skewed if they wear revealing clothes. When you wear revealing clothes, you are asking for attention from men/boys/girls sometimes for physical attention. If that is what you want........ You have to do this. They are
1) Don't go to church, go to a club(with that kind of clothes)
2) Wear comfortable clothes, which are polite(which would not make you or your parents ashamed)
3) Be humble.
God loves you beyond looks(cleavage, etc), color, of you. When you. JESUS tells Vanity is one of the sins. Are you going to go to the church where Jesus himself has said Never be arrogant or in Vain.
The website below shows some elegant dresses for women. You can wear something which looks like that, not necessarily priced high. Hope this helps.

You are probably tired of reading answers but heres another way of looking at it. Would you dress that way while attending a funeral. I think not because you are respecting the dead. You want to look nice for the other family members as well as the dead. You dress respectfuly in church to respect the house of God. If you cant respect it.....then stay home. Thats just my opinion.......

I dont think it is a good idea, the whole principle is that you should not dress for sex appeal in church. when you get ready for church do you worry about your look, sex wise or to please god, also do you dress to say i want to impress someone or to put on a show to look good for people. dressing with sex appeal will only distract men of god from focusing on god and tempt them, dont be responsible for tempting someone in the church it does not honor god, forget what other people are doing, go to worship and be pleasing to god.
