Are there still christian teenagers that have kept there promise of abstinence out there or I am I one of the few?

I know what you mean. Everyday I wonder this myself. But don't worry there are others out there including me. I urge you to keep your promise and realize that there are Christian guys out there for you and me (and all sisters in christ) who not only respect our decision but love us for it! If you are struggling with this battle or just want to keep in the fight I urge you to read Every Young woman's Battle by Shannon Ethridge and Stephen Artherburn it will defiantly give you the strength you need to keep your promise!

You are one of the few. For some odd reason the promise of abstinence that some christian teens take. Seems to satisticly raise the risk of premarritial sex

There are quite a few Christian teenagers who have kept their promise of abstinence. Look to your local churches and you will find a few there.

There are a lot of teenagers, Christian and not that have kept the vow of abstinence.

You're probably one of the few... only one person I know that's Christian has kept their promise...

I'm sure you're one of many. Contrary to popular messages pushed by the media and by popular culture, there are many teens out there who are not having sex.
God bless you and know that with God's help, you can overcome the "do it if it feels good" mentality that's so often pushed by our secular culture.

Well, abstinence is way out of the picture for me.... but so are one night stands... I like to call myself a "born-again virgin"..... I am not waiting until marriage until I have sex again, but I am waiting until it is really "special"

I made it 22 years 'til i got married as did my wife. I know many teenagers who are waiting too, they just don't advertise it like the sexually active often do.

Hi! I did until I got married at the age of 27
Isn't easy! But is all worth it!

Congrats on keeping to your values, and I do hope you have been taught a healthy view of sexuality instead of being told sex is a horrible, horrible thing!
