i'm confused on both these films please explain thorughly how to use what ever the're talking about and your own experiences on using this methods they explain in both films

I didn't see "The Secret" but I did see "What the Bleep Do We Know?" which is about consciously creating circumstances in your life.
The final question of this film/documentary is:
What DO we really know about the nature of our reality and the role of consciousness in creating our destiny?
Answer: If we combine the many scattered pieces of what we as a species know into a cohesive whole, we know enough to transform not only ourselves, but the future of our species and the fragile planet which supports us.
In a nutshell, if you "view from the end" (as though something has already happened) and visualize it clearly on a daily basis, you can bring it about. It's about setting a goal, populating a matrix, and bringing it into reality. Your conscious mind is far more powerful than you realize. What you think about the most, you begin to move towards until you *become* it. In this way you can shape your own destiny.

The "What the BLEEP Do We Know" film is pseudo-scientific BS. It mixes some real quantum physics with new-age philosophy to come up with some truly bizarre things. What is funniest is that they interview some real and respected scientists about neuro-chemistry and how the brain works and then clip back to that heavy-set blond woman with the deep voice who is a con artist that takes money from idiots for "channelling" the spirit of an long dead "Atlantean." Mixing pop philosophy with a poor understanding of modern physics creates a whole lot of new-age garbage.
Never heard of the "Secret."

"What the Bleep do we know?" It explains in scientific manner of how science and spirituality(religion) are inter related. You can see from the religious perspective or from a science perspective. It explains hard terms and concepts of science in a lucid, plain manner involving a lady's life. I love that movie. Hope this helps.
