(assume that you are not mistaken that the order comes from god.)

2. if not, or if you claim that god would never ask such a thing from you, how can you claim that morals come from god?

No one here has proven islam to be wrong.

No christian or otherwize has proven the quran wrong.
everytime they ask a question and they quote soemthing. They don't want you to tell them what the quote means so you don't prove them wrong.

No athiest here has been able to prove the quran wrong.
Infact the quran has been proven to be right.

I can prove that the bible is wrong, in many places.

Why hasn't anyone proven islam wrong till this day.

if you can prove it please answer and E-mail me to discuss it.

because it wouldn't be fair for you to think you found the answer without me defending what I believe in

Deep in my heart that loving someone and having someone loving you so purely it can fight any obstacles life bring us. Does anyone agree? Feel free to elaborate on personal testimonies.

I am starting to feel closer to God and want to join a church. However, I think my husband is uncomfortable with the idea. He's very liberal and intellectual. I want to explore this new "spritual" feeling but don't him to feel pressured or uncomfortable. Anybody have to deal with this?

The Truth cannot contradict itself. But you contradict yourself by having no proof in believing in the nonexistence of God.

In a theistic context, shouldn't every question have a correct answer. And if so, how could the correct answer possibly be blasphemous?

Although sometimes a bit odd, I always thought right wing hard-core christians were just goofy and harmless. But Rosie seems to be an expert on this topic. Is she right? If so, should our elected officials do something about it - maybe add them to the no-fly list or something?

The concept of a fiery hell is based on man's tradition and has no Biblical backing. The Bible says the wages sin pays is death Romans 6:23. It also says that the dead are not conscious Ecclesiastes 9:5, 10. It never says that God set up a fiery hell and installed the devil there to torment people. Job and David both prayed that God would not leave them in hell Job 14:13 and Acts 2:25-27. The word that is translated hell is Hades or Sheol, and means grave, or common grave of mankind that we all go to when we die. Job and David were showing that they believed in the resurrection and prayed that God would not leave them in the sleeplike state of death forever, but would bring them back to life in paradise. Romans 6:7 shows that everyone who dies is aquitted from their sin, so why would God send someone to a place to be tormented forever if they paid the price for sin already?

When I was a little girl I had three three dolls one Ken and two Barby's. My neighbor Billy had a GI Joe. We would often play together. He would always draft Ken in the Army and they would go off and fight battles while me and the two Barby's stayed home and cooked Dinner. After a great battle he would bring them home making them walk backwards with there heads twisted backwards saying they were Demon possessed. My Grandfather would tell me I shouldn't let him play games like that. He said dolls really could become possessed by demons if they were invited. Every night I would lay my three dolls in a shoe box and shove them under my bed. One afternoon after school I came home and got out my shoebox and Ken's head was twisted off. I told Billy about it and he said he had found his GI Joe without a head too. We buried the bodies in my back yard. We never did find the heads. ?

The babies head is out of the mothers womb and breathing on their own..

Should the doctor and or mother be allowed to have the say, whether the child should die?

Or does this child that now is alive and normal, have human rights, like all of us do..which is the right for life.. :)

Thank-you all in advance for your answers.. :)
With Love..In Christ.. :)

impossible, so we came from nothing, no impossible.

The above attempts to condense the science verses religion debate, to my mind it's a draw, neither side has the faintest clue how it all started, and what was there before the big bang. Don't be fooled, they don't know, if they did we would'nt need philosophers. The question is, "Why do scientists in the media and religious types in the media ever admit that they do not know
the answer to the question how did it start?". My opinion is that neither group is right, they just circle the question in opposite directions and clash every now and again when their paths cross!
