It started in Genesis 1:1- Revelation 22:21. Spooky how there are 3 ones and 3 twos that add up to 9 which is an upside down 6. Anyways we were created in the image of God so we have the ability to speak things into existence same as God don't believe me try it yourself. I'm sure you've spoken some words that have come to pass in your life and wish they never passed your lips. You have the power! Use it wisely.

Isa 46:10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times [the things] that are not [yet] done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:

It is God, not us, who does that.
