It is O.K. if you are a fan of Jesus-and if you embrace the Jewish faith as well! David you are fine as was the David who killed the Giant. May you always be blessed.

Who said it wasn't OK to be an "extreme fan" of Jesus? As long as you respect the fact that not everyone wants to join you, go right ahead.

Are extreme football fans passing laws as to what I can and cannot do on Superbowl Sunday?
Are football fans insisting that children study useless playbooks in school, alongside useful things?
Are football fans telling me what I can and cannot do with my football?
Are football fans telling me that I'm going to hell if I don't root for the same team?
See the difference?

It's not OK if you believe people that are fans of other teams (or people who don't follow football) should be tortured forever, their rights restricted, they shouldn't organize any activities which aren't to your liking...
Religion hurts. Football, for the most part, does not.

Because of Satan. He is the one behind persecution of Christians. He likes to blind people to the truth e.g, suggesting to unbelievers that hell is a threat christians use to make converts, rather than a reality that christians want others to be saved from.
Satan loves to give christianity a bad name, but only the christians who are a threat to his rule in people's lives.
Besides, people just hate Jesus, because they hate the light, and prefer the darkness. Jesus exposes the darkness.

Is ok to be a fan of Jesus if you are a Christian, if not then we can not expect them to be a fan of someone they do not know.

EGGGGG wrong, Jesus would probably be the best QB ever. Imagine having Jesus as your go-to-guy, that would be awesome, it'll be like having Superman on your team. Speaking of which, would you want Jesus on your defense or offense? I mean, if it's on offense, you would score every drive, but technically your defense could suck.
But yeah, being a extreme fan of Jesus in my mind is a good thing. As long as you don't try to shove it in people's faces. Jesus rocks.

I know many extreme football fans and not one has knocked on my door to tell me I MUST pick their team over my own. Not one has told me I will burn in hell for not choosing their team. Not one has told me that my team is false and evil. Not one has told me that their team need not play by the rules yet my team must. You get the idea.

it's fine to be a fan of jesus.
it's just that -- well -- you'll notice that very few football fans go out of their way to spread hate in the name of football, or demand that others watch football too, or threaten them with an eternity in hell if they don't watch the NFL... a nd i know many football fans who have no issue with me just becuase i like baseball instead, we're all sports fans, and we even join each other on the weekends in watching the other spectator sport... no problem! it's all harmony!!
ever see anyone burned at the stake because they favored watching the Mariners over the Seahawks? nope...
think about it.
yeah, that's right, christians. give me your passive-aggressive "thumbs down" nonsense -- because it's an answer that disagrees with you. you're making my point for me.
