For instance, wouldn't you have far more of a case against gays,
abortion, promiscuity, etc, (other, "soft" sins, besides the obvious violent violations against humanity)... If it weren't argued on the basis that it is "sinful" and attempt to back it up with vague and relatively meaningless bible verses?
If you are a conservative, if you want to get your point across and make a larger impact, it shouldn't be because "you will make baby Jesus cry".
Or does it even matter if all that matters is not conduct but only if you "believe"? And if that's true, why do you make such a fuss about Abortion?
(I'm mostly anti-abortion by the way, so don't go into the justice of abortion with bible drivel, try to look at it from a philosophical outside perspective.
Why, Besides God, are some crimes to you far worse to you than others, and don't you think you could make more progress by leaving God out of your debate all together, since it automatically makes you lose credibility?)
