Yes.

We have our usual Sunday worship and then the Feast of the Nativity of Jesus Christ (Christmas).

You may also go to Mass the night before so you have the following options:

Saturday evening and Sunday evening.
Saturday evening and Monday.
Sunday and Sunday evening.
Sunday and Monday.

Merry Christmas!

With love in Christ.

Are you talking about this weekend? Yes, Sunday is the last Sunday of Advent and a regular Sunday obligation. Monday is Christmas Day, a holy day of obligation.

You need to go once for Sunday and once for Christmas. You could go Sunday morning for Sunday and then hit the Christmas eve mass on Sunday evening that way you'd be free from church on Monday. Or, you could go Saturday evening to fulfil your Sabbath day obligation and then Sunday evening (Christmas eve) to fill your Christmas obligation....that would also leave your Monday clear.

I suppose you could if you wanted to. Most Catholics, however, choose to go to midnight mass, so in theory you would be going to Church on both Sunday and Monday.

Go Saturday evening for your Sunday obligation. Then go Sunday afternoon to the kid's mass or go to midnight mass for your Christmas obligation so you can spend Monday with family.

I am too....I'm not going Sunday because I have plans. But I'll be going Saturday and Monday. You shouldn't feel like you HAVE to go...you should feel the WANT to go. (it's up to you)

i am either in or out, but not on the fence about it. a fence is not comfortable to sit on!

hebrews 10:25 says dont forsake assembly. as a christian you must and should attend every function that your congregation has. i am not sure of catholic services but in my denomination we attend sunday service, wednesday bible study, and friday devotional. this is how you build your faith, your chruch is your support sysytem and if your not there how can you be supported or how can you support someone else. remember there is always someone in need just because it's not you doesnt mean it's not so.
