When the Bible says Acts 15:24,28,29 ...For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things; That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.
In reference to this declaration of scripture that I ask the question. The list of dos and don'ts become very short here and any interpertation of scripture that would not be congruent is claimed by this scripture to be false. If one stays with the original languages and there meanings it is clear that only the sexual sin of fornication ( "pornea" , meaning commerce or forced sex) is forbidden. All other traditions are extra-biblical dogma.
Honestly, folks I had this question on here in other words and a "loving" participant chose to react and report rather than answer. I mean to offend no one just further my research, thank you for your input.
