I understand that Jesus died for our sins so that would have a shot and getting in to heaven. That part I got and am grateful for it. Here's what I don't get..
Why would our all loving, all wise, all powerful heavenly father set up a scenario that would force his own son to go through a physical hell because of the acts of the first angel that he (God) created. If God is omniscient, wouldn't he have seen this comming and removed Lucifer from the grand design as to not put Jesus through this? Or, is there something else going on that we haven't been told? Okay, I'm done, your thoughts plz.

I mean so many didn't have room for Mary and consequently Jesus was not born in them.

Does your religion encourage you to make your dreams come true?
We can't logically explain it, even with our knowledge of neuroscience but it is there, isn't it?

COUSIN=AFFLICTED O U SIN
so tell the whole whole world the COUSIN's of wpg. they must bear that shame for all eternity cause Ex. 22.22 new world translation of holy scriptures states not to afflict an orphan so this is a real war except i don't bear arms and he employs terrorists? just a guess.

Isn't "instinct" short-form for "inferior intellectual processes", as in, they ain't human so human concepts are alien to them?

Where is the "instinctive" urge for an animal to fight to the death to protect its young? When a human does it, we call it "Love", when an animal does it, we call it "instinct".

When humans in a family group watch out for one another, we call it "Love", but when prairie dogs or baboons do it, we call it "instinct".

Isn't "instinct" simply a way for us to assert our perceived 'superiority' over other animals?

One day there was a man walking through the woods and came accross a bear...a big hungery looking bear! The man froze dead in his tracks hopeing that the bear didn't see him,and to try to figure out what to do next. The bear saw him and started after him...the man bolted thinking that he could outrun this bear but soon started to realize that he was not in very good shape like he used to be. He looked back and saw the bear was gaining on him so he started to weave in and out of trees, sliding down reviens, running around big rocks and just couldn't shake this bear.He knew at this time that he was bear meat, but thought that he would run down to the river and try to make it to the rappids in hopes that he could get away that way.So he gave it his very best, he ran and ran as fast as he could and looked back just before he got to the river bank thinking that he was going to make it just to see the bear in mid air comming down on him;landing on him with such force that it knocked the air right out of him! The bear was on top of him now with both paws on his shoulders and sitting on his legs crushing them with the enormous wieght of this animal. The bear was drouling and had raised one paw to give the finale blow!! At that time the man yelled out,"OH GOD SAVE ME!"Just as he said that the bear froze in mid swipe, the river stoped, the wind had stoped blowing, and the man thought this can't be happening am I dead? Just as he said that there was this thundering voice that said "ALL THIS TIME YOU HAVE DENIED MY EXISTENCE AND RIDICULE ALL THOSE THAT BELEIVED IN ME,AND NOW IN YOUR TIME OF DISPARE YOU HAVE THE GALL TO CALL OUT MY NAME!YOU WANT ME TO SAVE YOU? WELL I'LL TELL YOU, I'LL SAVE YOU IF YOU ANNOUNCE YOUR FAITH IN ME TO ALL THAT YOU KNOW AND ALL THAT YOU MEET FOR THE REST OF YOUR DAYS!" Well the man thought about this for a minute and said to himself that he would be the laughing stock for the rest of his life if he did this and that he would be better dead,BUT then he thought he was slick and said to GOD,"Well I am not worthy of this and asked god if he could just make the bear a christian. GOD said "IF THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT THEN SO BE IT!" Then the river started to flow again and the wind blew accross his face and the bear stoped for a minuet and looked at the man, The man said "please Mr.bear find it in your hart to let me go?" The bear just gruntted and raised one paw then the other and the man thought he was gettin out of this, then the bear put both paws together and said,"thank you lord for this meal that i'm about to have!!!"AMEN

When I read the Bhagavad Gita and reflect about how God created this universe, everything else seems so superfluous.

I'm confused. I've just read an article where a scientist has categorically said that God doesn't exist. That's fine I can live with that, however, the same scientist has said that it is possible that there are an infinite number of universes of which ours is one. If that is the case and there are an infinite number of universes then surely it follows that in one of those universes there will be a God, and if so, why couldn't our universes be that one?
I don't undertand the logic of this stance.

Most people Love me but not one single person "KNOWS" me
Would you rather have someone say they love you, or they know you? Or both? (If both, elaborate on the reasons each are important to you?)

"(F)unctions carried out by the pre-frontal cortex area is Executive Function.

"Executive Function relates to abilities to differentiate between conflicting thoughts, determine good and bad, better and best, same and different, future consequences of current activities, working toward a defined goal, prediction of outcomes, expectation based on actions, and social "control" (the ability to suppress urges that, if not suppressed, could lead to socially unacceptable or illegal outcomes).

Love, hate, "good," "evil" and all other emotion are controlled by the human brain. They are not spiritual or supernatural.

I'm doing a study on abortion and the effect it has on a women psychologically. I don't care what side of the spectrum you are on or what your personal beliefs are when it comes to abortion. That question will probably come later. For now I just have a couple question. Please tell me what religion you are and if you believe that the human body contains a soul or spirit, then tell me, based directly on how you feel or what you personally beleive, when you beleive a human gains that spirit or soul in them, at birth? a fetus? Let me know. Thanks for the help.

Love would be completely meta-physical in it's truest definition
What about anything that involves description of character. Believe in motivation, adventure, self-worth, anything, since none of them can be proved on paper and logic.
Hmm.
Still doesn't mean god exists though, that isn't the implication here. Let's take we we have here and that exclusively.

This is truly aimed at the atheists and scientists out there. Science teaches us that everything, including ourselves, is made up of atoms. We're a bunch of atoms bouncing together. No souls, no free will, no higher power. When a bunch of my atoms bounce together in a certain way, I am reaching for a ham sandwich. If they bounce another way, I'm waving to my pal Bob. Hey Bob! If somebody rapes a woman, just a bunch of atoms bouncing together. Slit somebody's throat? Just some atoms. Takes 20 babies and throws them into a woodchipper? Atoms. There is no right or wrong, because we're all just a bunch of atoms bouncing around, right?

because i like vagina? why? why is my sex life any of your business. is your religion based on how you like it in bed? i don't like men and i never will, i think they're so ugly and nasty ew. sorry i'm just not attracted to them and they always fall in love with me, but i think there's no man worthy of being with someone like me. should i "pretend" to be straight, and never truly love a guy and just lead them on and break their hearts?

Prayers for Women and Men

Female Prayer
Before I lay me down to sleep,
I pray for a man who's not a creep,
One who's handsome, smart and strong,
One who loves to listen long,
One who thinks before he speaks,
One who'll call, not wait for weeks.
I pray he's gainfully employed,
when I spend his cash, won't be annoyed.
Pulls out my chair and opens my door,
Massages my back and begs to do more.
Oh! Send me a man who'll make love to my mind,
Knows what to answer to, "How big is my behind?"
I pray that this man will love me to no end,
and always be my very best friend.
Amen.

Male Prayer
I pray for a deaf-mute nymphomaniac
with big boobs who owns
a liquor store and a boat.
This doesn't rhyme and
I don't give a "_____".
Amen.
