Keeping that in mind, you'd think people would be better at controlling their emotions... or maybe just shut them down. But to say it's not spiritual... well, I would have to disagree to a degree. I understand what you mean by this post, that soooooo many people get carried away with their emotions because something they thought of made them feel good. And I'd have to say that is pretty silly, shows that those type of people have absolutely NO control over their own emotions at all. But, when you feel love... do you just suddenly, out of nowhere feel love? Or does some outside force bring that emotion up front in you? It's Produced by the human brain.... not necessarily Controlled. Outside forces have a lot to do with the production of these emotions. It's not ALL in the brain only.

And your definition shows what the brain does WHEN it "feels" these emotions... Not what causes them to be produced in the first place... which, I'm sure, is different for each person.

Because when you're in emotional state your heart beat faster and many other changes in your body happens. We think when we are excited or something because our heart baets faster or our stomach curls so the center of that emotion is our heart or our stomach. I think it happens cause we don't think about it in the right way. Just another human mistake.
