For christians.......?

is nature the only proof you have that god exists? Coz most christians seem to give me that answer. "Look around you, look at nature and look at kids its proof that god exists"

no it's not the only proof although it is good read Romans chapter one and it talks about nature being proof of GOD..

we Believe GOD exists because to think the big bang happened or that evolution happened actually defies all science.

If we evolved then our lives are a waste and neither you nor I mean anything to anybody. the world and the universe is to complex to not have an intelligent designer. Look at everyting you use in your life, phone, computer, television a book everything had a designer. So does the earth, I propose to you a challenge. Talk to GOD for one week and see if he doen't talk back to you and fillyou with his love.. try it.

These are not my words but they are true. I don't understand how Atheists can see all these things and not see that God planned and created it all.

93 million miles from the blistering surafce of the sun stands the planet earth. A rotating sphere perfectly suspended in the center of the universe. The ultimate creation from an infinate mind. An unbelievably intricate co mplex design. A supernatural testimony, an irrefutable sign that there is a God.

The size, position and angle of the earth is a scientific phenomenon to see. A few degrees closer to the sun we'd disintegrate, a few degrees furter we'd freeze. The axis of the earth is titled at a perfect 23 degree angle and it's no mistake that it is. This allows equal global distribution to the rays of the sun making it possible for the food chain to exist.

Or take for example the combination of nitrogen and oxygen in the atmosphere we breathe every day. It just happens to be the exact mix that life needs to prosper, it doesn't happen on any other planet that way.

You see, the Bible says the invisible things of God are seen through His creation, to believe this is not hard. If there's a design, there's a designer, if there's a plan, there's a planner and if there's a miracle, there is a God.

The Scripture says the heavens decalre the glory of God and the skies proclaim the work of His hands. If we allow our minds to drink in all the truth that surrounds the truth that just surrounds us, creation itself will help us understand.

Did you know the moon controls the tides? It's the maid that cleans the oceans. Even the waves don't crash the shores in vain. The tides drag impurities from the depths of the sea, it's nature's constrant recycling chain.

It simply boggles the mind to think that the stars will rotate with such exact precision that it's true. That the atomic clock, with an error factor of less than three seconds per millenium, is set by the way we move.

Though they silently orbit, the sun, the moon, the stars are like celestial evangelists above. Who circle the earth every 24 hours shouting in every language that there is a God. Atheism is the wedge under the foundation of our faith, trying to topple our relationship with Christ. When the fool said in his heart 'there is no God' he rejects the truth God painted on the canvas of the night. Atheism has never created an artistic masterpiece, never healed a fatal disease or calmed a fear. Atheism has still never given answers to our existence, peace to a troubled mind or even dried a tear.

For it's God who created heaven and earth and flung the stars in space and breathed in the handful of dirt and it became a man. It's God who sits on the circle of the earth and measures the mountains in a scale, and holds the seven seas in the palm of His hand. It's God who sent His only begotten Son to the cross of Calvary to save our souls from Hell and the grave. It's God who creates, God who delivers, God who heals and who is worthy of a thunderous ovation of praise!

Gods word! The evidence of my life changing dramatically after I accepted Christ! The freedom that came after wards, The Hope I got, the lifting of shame I had in my life, the Restoration in my marriage! Plus the love I feel everyday from my Heavenly Father! The Speaking in tongues which is the evidence of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit(Jesus's Spirit), There are so much Stuff! This Is just the TAD BIT Of Gods Presence! Why do you have to have proof? If there is a God yeah. If not then so what. Either way, I want to live my life in a way that is positve to those around me. I am not perfect and have screwed up but I hope that I can do better. For me God is the ideal. I choose to follow it because it gives me hope for a better future. I don't need proof. I have all the proof I need in my soul. I hope that you don't find this antaganistic. I did not mean it to be that way. I respect your right to not believe. But what I know to be true is not somthing I can prove to you but only somthing you can prove to yourself.

Well, I do see those answers alot, I dont however give an answer like that, there is no need because when u feel God the way I do u dont need to see, for all i know u can be blind and still see the beauty of God, Just feel him for a second and u too will be amazed. Proof that God exists is praying for a miracle and then watching it happen. In actuality, however, there will never be "proof" that GOD exist. God is something you know, believe, or have faith in not something concrete that you can point too.

I have felt Gods presence and received a word of knowledge from some one at a church where no one knew me,I have had numerous prayers answered and the prophesies in the old testament being answered in the new is also proof of Gods existence.

the earth cant save you from your sins
cant bring you back to life
cant take you out of the pits of oppresion

That seems to make up a lot of the reasoning behind Christian "proof". Christians seem to equate emotional responses with spirituality and proof of the existence of a supreme being.
