Speaking is a privelege given to any Leader of a Nation specially if he thinks he can agitate the enemy to start a war. For Iranian to say he is calling for the destruction of US or UK or China is like telling those words to big bullies and he is not that big and strong.
To destroy Israel is very easy for him to say because he knows it is what the Muslim world is ready and willing to do and yet the capability to do is not possible because every big nation supporting Israel is just waiting for that thing to happen so they have a reason to destroy Iran back and really control their oil business. For you, you are free up to a certain point only.
