Evening Prayer

Blessed Heavenly Father
Grant me peace, I pray
Keep me safe under Thy wing
At the close of day
With this day's accomplishments
Contented I will be
Help me to forgive my enemies
As Thou hast forgiven me
Now in Thy Holy Comfort
As I close my eyes
I look to Thee, my Father
As evening fills the skies
Bless all those who love me
Bless those who hate me, too
And bring me, Lord, at close of day
Closer, ever closer to You
Amen

I am thinking of publishing these poems.

call on jesus today repent of your sins i tell you nay but except ye repent ye shall all like wise perish luke 13,3
mark 9;48 where their worm died not and the fire is not quenched . satan wants us to spend eternity in hell with him soon revelation 20-15 and whosever ws not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
please ask jesus to save u today hell willbe no party. say this sinners prayer if u want to be saved.

Why do all the christians of the world act like I should be grateful for it? Shouldn't the christians be mad at god, I mean look what he did to his son. You don't think he would do the same to you if given the chance?

I was reading some answers earlier and something was brought up to the effect that "southerners should all be hanged for treason." (Civil war talk incase you weren't aware by now).

With that being said, I can't help but wonder what those same people would think about Americans who also turned on their home country (England) during the Revolutionary War. I mean, same principle.

Not taking sides here but am only interested in other's point-of-view.

I think GOD is fine and everything, but who the heck do we think we are sending missionaries to other countries, and telling these people that they are a bunch of idiots for thier religion is worth no more than horse shi*t. Why do we have to do that. It is so disrespectful to others cultures. WHAT RIGHT DO WE HAVE? How do we know that we are not the fools following the wrong God? the BIBLE BLAH BLAH BLAH. I dont care, how many times have gods come and gone, just because of conquest. What makes us so sure that we can just barge into someones country or village, and start putting down thier religion that they have lived with all thier life, and tell them its wrong. I am surprised that missionaries dont get fuKing slaughtered by insulting such people.

HOW WOULD WE LIKE IT IF SOMEONE CAME TO THE US AND STARTED DOING THAT?? we would be freaking outraged, start riots. And whats up with our goverment, I thought they were suppose to be seperated from religion?

My :religious leader", Jose Cuervo, said the rapture was going to happen 5 minutes ago, and it didn't. The fundies are still here. So, there's the "proof" the Christians are wrong and Jose is right.

Big bang - fire a shotgun and wait to see if the pellets revolve around each other, or if they just spread out until they hit something. Why would you expect Hydrogen atoms to act any differently? If you say gravity, then I must ask what would be the initial attraction for the atoms? Other individual H atoms spreading into infinity? They don't seem like they carry much mass, and they tend to bounce off of each other. It's what makes them a gas.
