only the christian brainwashed mind will be able to turn a logical statement that you've made and twist it into something completely different. it's like asking a politician a question, you get every answer but the obvious one.

Well lets take a little closer look at your answer. I didn't ask Jesus to die for me. So in other words if you were down on your luck and somebody willing gave you a way to better your life you would not be grateful. I am not saying that you need to follow his teachings or anything, but you would not be even grateful. As far as Jesus being persecuted and nailed to the cross, God did not do that mankind did. I would say that you need to do some studying up on the Bible so you can try to effectively argue your point. God Bless.

None of us asked Jesus to died for us but he did. Not all Christians are grateful for what Jesus has done because some do not believe that Jesus is God. Christians shouldn't be mad at anything that God has done. Jesus volunteer to come down. I don't believe that God would ask any human with a sinful nature to die for the world. If you are a non- believer, you must know that Jesus died so that he would redeemed you from the curse of the laws which would of sent you straight to eternal damnation with no mercy or salvation. Jesus paid the price for ur sins. Salvation is a free gift which will give you a path to Heaven.

Read the bible from the beginning.
See if you can detect the fall of mankind into eternal death.
Picture Gods son coming to Earth as a sacrifice to counteract that damnation for all who can accept it.
You do have a choice you know. Jesus could have had himself removed from such a horrible death, if he wasn't putting a plan of salvation into place for an undeserving people.
Jesus would like you to be grateful, but you do have a choice.
If you wish to be ungrateful, be my guest, Though I would like to see you saved, I agree how dare I try to coerce you into salvation, It wouldn't work anyway. I am not mad at God, Jesus had a choice, and I worship, and praise him for offering me something that I do not deserve.

Because all true christians in the world have a relative sense of value in life.
For instance, do you cringe at the thought of death (especially your own?) That's natural. Someone might ask, "why is it naturally scary to consider death?" The answer is that death is completely unnatural to humanity.
When God made man/woman, we were destined to live for ever - not anymore. Death came to the world by means of sin, and sin came with the help of the devil (See Creation in the first few chapters of Genensis.)
But because of our sin, our bodies are now condemned to die. But Jesus is trying to rescue you from a spiritual death. That is when you are set apart from God for ever.
Best wishes

Jesus died a pretty normal death for his time period.
There are contridictions left right and center in the bible itself. For instance the parentage of Jesus in Mathew doesn't match the one in Luke - Joeseph wasn't his father according to the story but his liniage is gone into in detail but it doesn't work either.
The Jews reject the story because it doesn't add up .
The Romans who adpoted it as a religion make things more comlicated than before mixing paganisim in with judiasim and jesus himself -
Religion is a guilt trip and the worlds first attemps at government . It should be looked at as such -
It is futilte to argue with a christian or a muslim or a jew or any other believer - Even if you do defeat them in an argument they just fall back on the "spirit guides and interperts" crap

Jesus brought the Christian Church into the world because the Jewish church of the day had stopped teaching the things of faith that save you from your own sin.
A church has to teach belief in God and following the commandments and the holiness of the Word.
Also, Jesus Christ is Jehovah God in a visible body and being visible is better to save mankind.

God loves us so much that he took our punishment upon himself in the form of His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus is God.

I will respond to this in this way, You didn't ask your parents to wipe your butt when you pooped as a baby, you didn't ask them to feed, cloth, keep you safe, cared for you when you was sick, and so on. Now aren't you glad that people do things for you when you are helpless. Aren't you glad that the one and only loving God sent his son as a ransom for your soul. So yes you should be gratefully. God lets us as children to make choices for ourselves. So you can be gratefully for a Father in heaven for loving you so much that he sent his Son to die for your sins so you can be with him. But if you don't want to live for Jesus the only other option is to live for the devil and spend eternity in hell being tormented, or would you just accept Jesus and spend eternity with him in perfect love.
