I see that most questions in this religious forum are answered via vulgarities, and just plain out right obsenities that is unbefitting of such a forum reguardless of the questions asked. The beast 666 is anyone who partakes in such acts of filth even if it is just answering a simple question with vulgarities, violence, or abusiveness of any type. A servant of Satan takes on the number of the beast the instant he or she does evil. Jesus blood undoes that and cleans you when you ask for forgiveness. The bible speaks of more than just a single man being a beast, it speaks of what the number 666 means, that all mankind has the ability to be the beasst. Most who answer with obsenities have become that beast, and serve satan, and not God. Jesus was the example of how to be peaceful and loving reguardless of what you are faced with. Be it a simple question, or a vulgar, or even a stupid one you should answer in peace and love not via obsenities and insults.

INVITE them into your house, but ask them to leave any religious symbole or pamphlets outside of your door.

Then cheerfully walk into another room, leaving the door open and the invitation standing, but make it impossible for them to talk to you unless they enter.

I can almost imagine them sitting there confused for 10 minutes just trying to decide what to do.

Do you think this would work?

Tomorrow is church and I really like the wine and crackers they serve at communion. I think they are serving like a California Cabernet Sauvignon and some light crisp crackers. Too bad they don't serve cheese.

I've never done it before but do you think it would be acceptable to ask for seconds?

In the video, he was introduced by Al Qaeda’s second in command, Ayman al-Zawahri, an Egyptian.

The American, speaking in English, said, “To Americans and the rest of Christendom, we say either repent misguided ways and enter into the light of truth or keep your poison to yourself and suffer the consequences in this world and the next.”

He also said, “Muslims don’t need democracy to rid themselves of their homegrown despots and tyrants.”

Malachi 3:6 For I [am] the LORD, I change not...

If Jesus offered a new covenant, which means God changed his behavior, how he deals with mankind, then at least this verse of the Bible is false.

Hbr 6:18 That by two immutable things, in which [it was] impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:

Impossible for God to lie? Can't he do anything?

Rom 8:30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

Predestinate; I thought we had free will?

I could go on. And I've checked, I am not taking these out of context. Does reason survive a Judeo-Christian "faith"?

It appears that Christians and religious people dislike Charles Darwin. Charles Darwin sought evolution because they were scientific facts to prove his theory. He just needed to put the pieces together. It wasn't a personal attack on religion yet Christians are personally attacking Darwin. He produced considerable evidence that species originated through evolutionary change, at the same time proposing the scientific theory that natural selection is the mechanism by which such change occurs. This theory is now considered a cornerstone of biology. He did it soundly and with the utmost respect.

i am Indian & African. My family's main religion is Hinduism, but my sisters & i were raised in Christian schools up until i was in 6th grade. I basically grew up reading the Bible, & many Christian beliefs & ethics were built into my system. While i do practice Hinduism & believe in Krishna, Ganesh, & so on, i also believe in Jesus Christ & God. I would say i am half hindu & half christian, really, & yes- i understand that firm believers in their faith would say i am not correct in my beliefs, but hey, that's what i believe & i think that if there is any higher power above us, He or They will accept that i chose to put my faith in something & though i may not have believed in the RIGHT higher power, @ least i acknowledged the fact that there was one (or many). anyways- my question is this: Please visit this site: http://www.godisimaginary.com/index.htm
and read some of the proofs. Please tell me how can one keep believing when there is so much disproving the existence of any God?

It says not to do that in the bible yet why does Catholicism propose it? It also says in the bible to not make graven images or likenesses of anything on the earth...yet the Catholic church has statues all over?
