I see that most questions in this religious forum are answered via vulgarities, and just plain out right obsenities that is unbefitting of such a forum reguardless of the questions asked. The beast 666 is anyone who partakes in such acts of filth even if it is just answering a simple question with vulgarities, violence, or abusiveness of any type. A servant of Satan takes on the number of the beast the instant he or she does evil. Jesus blood undoes that and cleans you when you ask for forgiveness. The bible speaks of more than just a single man being a beast, it speaks of what the number 666 means, that all mankind has the ability to be the beasst. Most who answer with obsenities have become that beast, and serve satan, and not God. Jesus was the example of how to be peaceful and loving reguardless of what you are faced with. Be it a simple question, or a vulgar, or even a stupid one you should answer in peace and love not via obsenities and insults.

No, I do not agree that most people are answering religous questions with vulgar comments.

Oh the other hand, I never understand why people ask questions and then answer their own question. I sometimes think that these comments are made in order to invoke a particular response or to provoke people.

Yes, I do agree that people should ask and answer questions without obscenity or insults.

Two general reasons.
1. a person that has had a bad experience with either someone calling themselves Christian, or a church that is not practicing love with holiness well. (When a person becomes a Christian unlike the accusations they are not brainwashed or under mindcontrol. They still have the capacity to obey the Bible and be loving, gentle, kind, self-controled i.e. like Jesus. But often it is easier to lust, lie, hate, be proud and all the other sins that the Bible condemns and we were supposed to be walking away from.) These bad experiences can provide a source of bitterness that will feed vulgarity.
The solution is to separate the truth of who Jesus is and what he did on the cross from sinful humans who by their very sin prove the need of the cross. Side point is that some have the same "hurt" because they have chosen to identify themselves not as a human being but as a certain type of sinner. That sin has in their own eyes become part of their identity. They can't see the destructiveness of the sin (God as our creator knows what hurts us and therefore calls it sin). The Christian quotes God's condemnation of the sin and the person receives it as a personal attack.
2. Second reason some people are just plane old mean and proud. They are so confident of their intelligence and the correctness of their position. They have no rulebook that says be polite or nice. In fact if anything their rulebook says survival of the fittest. Also they have bought the propoganda that Christians and the church are stupid, or bigoted or responsible for the worst events in recorded history. Pride leads to condescention. Also amorality and immorality leads to no standards. And so just as the Nazi's did not see the Jews as humans that deserve respect, so also many of the angry athiests have no respected for anything a Christian says.

Please define vulgar, for though i have seen many who answer in a harsh tone or are some what of a clown depending on the question and how it is asked, when the questions are serious i have notice the people try to be respectful. Other just tend not to like being preached at so much. But to each their own.

Yes they do. As I asked a question in the space & astronogy section with the same here, I got more productive answers in the science & astronomy section than here.

Revelation 13:18 says the following:
"This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is a man's number. His number is 666."

Most of the answers that are vulgar, insulting or judgemental are from people who really don't want to have a positive discussion about Jesus Christ. The only reason for this is because they don't know Him, don't know how to get to know Him, or just plain don't care to know Him. If you hate Christians, remember, we have this wonderful gift from God to love our enemies. We shouldn't be judging anyone, for it's God's holy word (the bible) that judges us.

I refered to christians not arguing over who is right or wrong in one of my questions and a lady replies back that people have a right to argue their beliefs....Why argue over something with someone else which they are already dead set on how they believe...so what is the use of all the harchness and insults..Like I said before ..it only causes anger and strife which cause stress thats why jesus says show love ..bad for health for one and it is not showing meekness. Living the life of christ proves he is a loving GOD and that he does exsist ...cause on my own I couldnt do it ..I would be one of those hostile people throwing out insults.

I actually don't even notice the ones that are vulgar. They are like TV commercials that I don't pay attention too when I am watching TV.

There are some that answer that way , but for the most part if a question isn't phrased in a baiting way they are OK.

By the way I consider your question a baited question.
