When his life was ruined, his family killed, his farm destroyed, Job knelt down on the ground and yelled up to the heavens, "Why god? Why me?" and the thundering voice of God answered, "There's just something about you that pisses me off."

Yes we are put here for a purpose. And we wont leave here till we are finished with our purpose. That's why some leave a lot earlier then others. We actually lived with Heavenly Father before we come to earth. For God new us before we were ever born. We have a reason for being here. It might be to learn or teach or gather together family and friends. I know why I am here, its not hard to figure it out, just look around you and see what good you are doing.
See ya

We wouldn't be here if there wasn't a purpose. Even if we don't see it or understand it - we are all part of GOD's plan someway or another! Some leave bigger marks than other's - yes! Some are poor and destitute and forgotten - yes! But who knows maybe we do come back more than once and that would explain why we think that this is world is not fair - if we come back - it makes the world seems a fairer place doesn't it! We get to experience the good and bad even if we don't remember it! Who knows - only the creator knows the answer to his creation!

I wouldn't really want to live if I wasn't.
If we humans don't each have a purpose in this life, then what makes us different from the other animals on Earth?
Just the ability to reason and feel, but what good are reason and feeling without a purpose?

No. The human race in general may have a purpose. But I'm not so sure about individuals. But, like Oprah, we can create a purpose ourselves.

Yes. Simply to take up space as the planet is just cosmic debris floating around for no valid explanation and unfortunately humans are stuck here to deal with it.

Yes, to love God with all my heart, my soul, and my mind. To give Him His due worship as God alone. To serve Him by serving others. To preach the Gospel, refute error and proclaim the truth of Scripture. To continue to grow, learn and mature in Christ until that final breath. Then I will be able to speak the words of Paul:
Ti 4:7 I have fought the good fight. I have finished the course. I have kept the faith.
2Ti 4:8 For the rest, the crown of righteousness is laid up for me, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me in that Day, and not only to me, but also to all the ones loving His appearance.

Yes, to fulfill the love my parents felt for each other.
Same reason my son was born, to fulfill the love my wife and I shared.
