I am glad to hear that you are thinking about becoming a Mormon. Joseph Smith once said that "mormon" is taken from the Hebrew and means "more good." So it is a good thing to become a Mormon.
Don't worry. There are no requirements of how often you should have sex after marriage. It is recommended that you do it often.

As another poster said, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints just isn't gonna dictate what you do in the bedroom with your wife.
I’ve been a married Mormon for quite a spell. About the best advice I’ve heard about being married is this:
“Your purpose in life is to make yourself perfect and your spouse happy.
You’ll have nothing but trouble when you get this the other way ‘round.
So, if keeping your spouse happy requires doing the dishes five times a week, I guess you better get in training!

You can have sex as little or as often as you and your spouse want (sex before marriage, though, is very much forbidden).
There are no "sex rules" for married couples, as long as you are both comfortable with whatever and it is just between you two. Other than that, you are free to do whatever!
