Do you find these things a well needed break kind of like having a sense of humor about yourself or do you take it as a literal attack and consider it blasphemy?

I find that movie amusing. To me its nothing but just some harmless satire such as FSM.

What do you think?

Are people inherently religious (i.e., born with religious yearnings encoded in their DNA)--or is religion something that comes from outside of us (e.g., from God, or the government, or your parents)?

It would seem to me that if it were going to go chronologically, it should be towards the very end of the Old Testament. How is the Catholic Bible arranged, if not chronologically? Thanks.

To answer whether or not God exists goes beyond surface knowledge. My favorite answer to one question was, I only believe in what I can see. You can't see wind but you know it's there, you can't see air but it makes it so we can breath. The awareness of gravity itself is based on theory and mans speculation yet no one would questions it is there. Why then can people so easily believe in mans theories of creation, mans theory in science but yet can't believe there could be a creator behind all these things in which man can't prove could otherwise exist?

do you think unsolicited advice is the answer? do you know everything a person has been through? when someone has a problem, do you actually listen, or do you constantly interrupt and say, "you should do this, you should do that, because that's the way it is," and other such nonsense? do you like it when people say this crap to you or does it make you feel worse?

Ensemble couldn't do it. No civilization with a god system could ever compete against the Judaeo/Christian God. He just has too many miracles attributed to him.

considering he ripped a lion in half, and he pulled two pillars apart, how much strength do u think that would take to do that? i believe it 's well-known a crocodile can generate up to 3,000 pounds per square inch of bite force, so i was wondering how much psi do u think it would take samson to do all the stuff the bible says he had the strength to do? also i believe the bible says he killed 1,000 phillestines with a donkeys jaw bone.

do you know why your kid won't sit still? maybe it's because he's a kid, and wasn't meant to do all the lame things you force on him. maybe he needs some exercise. take him out to play. perhaps you should be "disciplined" instead.

this "war" between god and satan makes no sense to me. satan was "employed" by god and understood how things worked before he got bigheaded and then supposedly lost his job and took just a small fraction of his coworkers when he was kicked out of the office.
since he knew how things worked, meaning that his boss is/has and always will be no.1 and his power can't be beat----doesn't this still mean in some way he still works for the lord? i feel the lord is ONLY GOOD. it seems like someone had to take the "job" that allows god to work his magic way of showing who will be/always has been boss.
what, other than the bible can i read to find out more on this "allowed" continual "war" that can never be won by the "bad" guys?
thx
