If so, how should we prepare?

It's funny, too, because they're so quick to rant about how Christians attack them. Yet, I fail to find questions by Christians that have the same rude and intolerant tone. And, while i'm sure they exist, they pale in comparison.

Why is this? Why are so many atheists so hateful and angry.

And don't tell me Christians cast the first stone. How juvenile would that be then? BTW - I don't really care what you do with your own life. Why do you care so much about what I do with mine?

Do you think for yourself or does some higher power think for you? Now I’m not at all religious and think for myself. I don’t need any Bible to think for me, or to guide me.

A penny for your thoughts. Do you create your own ideas or do you have no control over your own mind? If you are religious, did you create the idea that God exists in your mind, or did God do your thinking for you, and put the thought into your mind.

In other words, do you think and create ideas for yourself, or are you mentally handicapped?

Nowhere in th old testement does it say that the two are the same.

In fact, nowherei n the old testement is satan EVER mentioned.

At the same time, there is NOWHERE in the old testament that says that Lucifer is satan.

There is also no place that says that there is such a place as hell.

So, why do Christians insist on making these false connections?

No offense. Just curious. Give your opinion irrespective of your faith or even if you are an atheist.

let's all be saved!

let us turn our backs on hinduism, paganism, islam, atheism, (etc) and convert without question! god wants us to! know how i know? the christians say so

lets no longer celebrate divali! i dont want to see any festival lights dedicated to some false goddess! hey! the real festival of lights is christmas! cause the bible says, jesus is the light of the world! lets no longer celebrate phagwa, or any other hindu festival, of false gods and false faiths! despite the thousands of years of study these so-called holy men put into their philosophy!

lets no longer celebrate eid ul fitr! islam is surely a lie in comparison to christianity! i will no longer accept the presents of sawine given to me by my FORMER friends who were muslims. religious tolerance must not persevere

They're always asking us atheists to explain, if their fantasy story of reality isn't true, then where did the matter in the universe come from, or what happens to us when we die, or such other pointless questions.

Why don't they understand that athiests never claimed to have all the answers, Christians did? I don't have to know where the universe did actually come from to know that your God sure didn't create it in six days only 6,000 years ago. Just because I know you're wrong doesn't mean I know what the right answer is.

I thought to post this from another question I asked, and the responses I recieved. Also from other questions and answers I have read....
When you say Jesus is God, what does that mean to you?
I read many that say t here is one God and say that Jesus is God.
I read many that say Jesus is not God because there is one God.
I read many that say, Jesus is God because the trinity is a mystery.
I would like to respectfully share my views.....
There is ONE GOD in my view.....and God is spirit.
omnipotent,(all powerful) omnicient,(all knowing) omnipresent(all present.). This very spirit manifested himself in flesh, so that he could come down and we could see him. I do not in anyway worship the flesh of Jesus, I worship spirit, which is God.
IN Jesus is the fullness of the God head bodily. ALL OF GOD
DWELT IN JESUS, Father son holyghost...Now we are members of that body and we are that flesh God chose to dwell in, and while one of us is not the fullness we together make up the body.

Isn't that 1 cor 5: 9 is the explanation by the apostle of the 2 cor 6:14 ? In that passage, the apostle seems to be clear about that passage reference (2 cor 6:14) and )I saw no reference or no prohibition to marriage at all to people who don't believe ....The only passage that talks about marriage is 1 cor 7...
Can anyone give me some explanations about that ..?

according to tradition santa clause is a man who lives at the North Pole on Planet Earth. Explorers and satellite images have failed to detect the dwelling place of santa clause, so we be fairly certain that he does not exist. since the polar ice cap is likely to melt within the next 100 years, we will have further evidence that nobody actually lives at the North Pole.

How can anyone honestly believe that God did not create satan, evil, ect..It was his plan from the beginning. I worship God and love him very much it just makes him sound like he is so much less powerful when people use this Plan a plan b plan c theory.. Like God is incapable of forethought..come on wake up.

O.K. I finally found some other people in my area who are interested in occult stuff. I asked them to help me find a good book with spells and bindings because there are a few people who have gone out of their way to be destructive towards me and my family. I want to get them. But, my friends said I shouldn't try to do anything this year, " it's an 8 year" they said. What does this mean? And, do you agree, should I wait 'til next year to do a hex or binding?
