Not that I have any right to judge. Or like I have any gauge of what beliefs are correct. I have no idea.

And being that I'm waging the war with and against belief, I've seem to come to my crossroads with Christianity and that is this :

It SEEMS that any logical and intelligent human could be able to humbly admit that NO idea or belief is certainly correct or uniquely identifiable as "totally accurate". And it accordingly seems that true Christians are unable to admit that their beliefs could be made-up, or that their religion may be offset in some of its messages and the way it's delivered to the public.

So Christians, are there any of you that are like... holy trinity, fire and brimstone, that can say "Yes, Christianity may be totally man made," or, "Sure, I suppose some of the things I believe happened might not have".

Thank you for your help and idea. I'd also like suggestions and information as to WHY it seems Christians are unable of this.

Mathew 7:13 “Go in through the narrow gate; because broad and spacious is the road leading off into destruction, and many are the ones going in through it; 14 whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are the ones finding it.

THESE ARE THE GUIDE LINES

1. No assumptions. I need facts.

2. Signs dont count. Because you're ASSUMING it's a sign. It could just be a coincidence.

3. Dont replace "I dont know" with, "God did it"

4. Unexplained events dont count because you would be ASSUMING that God did it

5. Your existence doesn't count because you would be ASSUMING that God created you with no facts

6. If you say God showed himself. It would have to be God himself in a physical form and not a hurricane or some

From the way i see things "Religions" only cause confusion and segregation,my belief is,if we are to move forward (progress)as intelligent Human(compassionate) beings, then we must embrace a philosophy(way of thinking) that will bring us "all" together instead of tearing us apart!....

According to the t.v show 30 Days, only 5% of American's are atheist. When people were polled atheists were the most hated minority even behind Muslims, recent immigrants and homosexuals. This shocks me because I'm only 13 and on that t.v show kids were being harassed for being an atheist! I am a atheist and I know a few other people my age who are but religion isn't big here on Long Island. So do you (atheists) feel threatened were you live by religion.

If you body gets killed your soul goes away right? So is it attached to any particular body part like the brain? If you replace all your body parts will your soul remain with that body or leave with a certain one?

We know that it sticks around so far with arms, legs, heart and other organs are replaced. You wake up from surgery and are still there.

So what is the physical limit of soul and spirit?

Agnostic and evolutionist here, not trying to convert anyone, just am getting sick and tired of people saying "if man evolved from monkeys why are there still monkeys".

And quite honestly, how about the Theory that the chimpanzee evolved at a later time from the branch that a human?

Because this is a scientific hypothesis I will have to wait for a scientist to come up with a good old fossil record to back my hypothesis, or it will be just words with no evidence to back it.

I don't believe in the bible or any other holy book for that matter. I am very spiritual and I do believe in superior being or "GOD", but not because of any religious teachings, my belief comes from inside of me, I just feel it.
I don't believe in hell, but I do believe that our actions and experiences here on earth determine what happens to our souls beyond this lifetime. I don't believe in heaven, well not as most mainstream religions do any way. I believe there is an existence after death, but I don't think it's all perfect wonderful and joyful. I believe we will be faced with even more challenges in the afterlife as well, and our life here is to only prepare us for what is to come. I don't believe god punishes us for our sins. On the same token, I don't believe sins are as simple as doing something wrong verses doing something right, but more of not learning or growing from what ever it is you did or experienced wither it was right or wrong.

It seems Christians (I know this is a huge generalisation and does not apply to all) judge homosexuals, those who have abortions, sex before marriage, and those who are not Christians. I would have expected them to accept and love anyone regardless, as long as they are a good person.

Mark 10:17-18 and Luke 18:18-19

These verses are highlighted because they are most indicative of Jesus' position and real nature. The verse in Mark reads:

"As he [Jesus] was setting out on a journey, a man ran up and knelt before him, and asked him, 'Good Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?' Jesus said to him, 'Why do you call me good? No one is good but God alone." If you analyze this verse in truth you will see that Jesus, quite simply, is not God. If he was, why then would he say "No one is good but God alone"? Jesus did not want to be called "good" because he was not God. That title, as Jesus admits, belongs to none but God.

My day is going wonderfully. It is Thursday and to me that means it is the day that I spend my morning at Church alone with our Lord in the Sacrament for an hour. Then prayers and Mass where I receive Him in the Eucharist. That was indeed my highlight. I have forgotten the small little trials and annoyances.
Peace Be With You,

If you took a human baby from birth and placed it with only dogs (and bitches) without any form of human intervention to be raised until the baby was 20 years old, and assuming that the baby survived, would that human believe in God or would it have to be trained about the theory of God in order to believe?

I'm a Christian, but i respect other religions, i respect other people, i respect other cultures. I admire the diverse cultures of the world and the people who inhabit the earth, yet why am I, as a Christian, so heavily criticized everywhere i go? I'm called an idiot, ignorant, narrow-minded, and dilusional for beleiving in a creator? Why is that idea so crazy? Besides, if Christianity were so insignificant, as many claim, why do they care so much about it?
