At least they are off the hook by being dead! The numerical value of a person's name (first, middle, and last) are usually considered a dead give away, but not really. FDR - his names total 666; JFK - at the Democratic Convention in 1956 he received 666 votes; Ronald Wilson Reagan - all letters equal 666. Have you any other figures who would fit into this category? Keep in mind, Hitler remains a demonic forewarning of what the real antichrist will be like.

I just find it amusing, for example how fundies deny evolution because it has not been 'completely' proven, yet are willing to accept any crackpot idea that seemingly agrees with their preconceived ideas...ie dinosaurs coexisting with humans, fossils deposited by the devil, radiometric dating not reliable due to worldwide flood, rock formation that is Noah's ark...The list is long, but you get the point. Why do they have this selective delusional belief system when it comes to evidence?

Zechariah16. And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.
17. And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.

All Dad did was watch tv and drink beer while we were gone. Then call Mom a hypocrite when we got home from church. He said God was a fairy tale, but he beat my tail for asking to be allowed out of worship.

I have witness horrors upon horrors done upon various animals all in the name of science and human welfare. I could go into detail but imagine your worst and believe me it has either been done in deed or in spirit of another equally disturbing deed? It is one thing to kill animals for food, (though personally I do not believe in doing so, so long as we have vegetarian options), it is quite another to experiment on animals in ways that can only be described as pure evil and torturous.

Does not God urge us to treat animals with kindness and if so will you not take a stand against such injustices?

Say someone that is born with severe Down's Syndrome. Even if they live to be 50 they never advance beyond a certain point in their emotional growth and they obviously are of limited intelligence.

So in your version of the Afterlife....how to these people develop personalities different from those they had on earth. Does "Little Timmy' all of a sudden have wit and charm?

Does a person with lifelong Mental Illness that makes them violent from childhood change in heaven? Even when their illness defined who they were on earth?

not marry a non muslim man?

Based on my own experience, One of my friends had a dad who was muslim and his mom was not. She would cook pork behind his back and not pray or practice Islam. She did not follow the modesty rules, she wore shorts and tanks. So , i believe that a mans religious rights should be protected only by marry a muslim woman.

Hell for God believers is God not existing. So, you're garranteed to go to hell because God is fake

Us Atheists haven't been built up for the big fall. So, no hell for us.

You can't even stand to hear someone say God is fake. Imagine how much you would suffer knowing he really is fake?

Do you only perform good works because of a fear or feeling of obligation to a diety? If there were no god, would we all be cast into a mosh pit of sin and destruction ... all seeking to do harm to others?

Or can morality exist without religion?

Several religions take a somewhat neutral stance on morality ... Buddhism and Taoism are reasonable examples, though they may still contain some essence. But what of atheists? Are they all immoral creatures? Or is the morality present in those individuals who do not subscribe to a morally-guided faith evidence morals can and do exist outside of religion?

Do you help others solely because you wish for them to help you in return? Or is there something more.

Is the only thing keeping you from slaughtering your co-workers the desire to not be cast into the pit of Hell (or other suffering to yourself)?

13 This testimony is true. Therefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith, 14 not giving heed to Jewish fables and commandments of men who turn from the truth.

Titus 1:13-14 (New King James Version)

I think our St. Paul must therefore be an evolutionist, for he is saying not to talk about Jewish fables.

My (ex) boyfriend's family are catholic.
His parent's have both had affairs and have been officially seperated for the past 12 years, but have been sleeping in different rooms (in the same house) for 15 years.
His Mum is still having an affair. Why don't they just get divorced, they are messing their children up, the 2 girls self harm and my (ex) boyfriend is in a state...lost, doesn't know who he is, what he wants...
Also, his Mum has also tried to commit suicide 3 times, in your belief, is even trying to commit suicide a heavy enough sin to go to hell?
I'm sorry if any offence has been taken, I just want to understand so that I can help my (ex) boyfriend through these difficult times.
