Just wanted to let everyone know that I just recently rededicated my life to our Savior, Jesus Christ. Please keep me and my family in your prayers!! And if you're not a Christian, please don't put any rude answers on here, it's not very polite.

I know that many people are going to judge me and disagree with me for saying this, but as a Christian I believe it could be a possibility that ghosts exist, but I don't see it as ghosts, I see them as lost spirits or souls.

I have never seen a ghost in my life, and I respect the people who claim who had. I haven't seen little kids, nor old people as ghosts but I have seen shadows, heard strange sounds and felt weird presences in certain places, but since I believe in God I just say that I am not going to get affected by this things and don't think about it.

I know many people have seen weird shadows and heard strange noises but don't want to admit it publicly because they are afraid of being mocked, or they think is a product of their imagination like I think, or we don't just want to accept those kind of stuff exist to not be afraid.

I sometimes think it just my imagination but is hard for me to explain why I sometimes heard weird noises during the night when everyone is asl

Today, as you are reading this, most of the Bible's many prophecies have already been fulfilled. these foretold all of the various dispersions and early regatherings of Israel back into their promised land, the 333 details of the Messiah's first appearance as the Lamb of God, the destruction of the Jerusalem Temple, the more than 1,900-year scattering of the Jews to all parts of the world, and finally their regathering in the 19th and 20th century climaxed by the nation's resurrection as modern Israel in 1948--these are all uncontestable facts of the historical record.

I mean no disrespect, I just want to know how this is explained. I guess what Im wondering is God wouldn't give those big animals huge teeth obviously meant to rip through flesh just to eat vegetables. So undeniably, those same animals do in fact have teeth that are obviously not for eating vegetables. So if these teeth developed after the flood then does that not support evolution?

I mean if evolution doesn't occur on the scale of creating new species, then where did it come from?

Millions of religious people fight fire with fire. Therefore by hating the hater, they will all be first in line to there so called hell. I'm sure that if they realized how much suffering they create, they would understand what my name means.

Whether you want to beleive in god or not, this life it seems is such an awesome adventure. We are learning how to create and experiencing the infinite amount of things here. Things can get better in other parts of the world. We don't need to send missionaries there, I always thought we should do something like the military has done----
Set up bases? of cultural understanding and great music schools within them. The military would be without weapons but textbooks. We don't need this stinkin apocalypse or rapture. We can pull through, we cam make it on our own accord. It seems like the religions are prohibiting this and for lack of better words, it sucks. It seems like waiting for a better life after we die is a copout approach to life. Anyways, just a thought. Yes, it seems crazy but it sure is a better alternative to the end of humanity.
P.S. Referencing biblical scripture as the inevitable is not a step ahead or the real truth...anyways peace friends

African Americans are more into God than any other race in this country

Trying to find a black Atheist is like trying to find a needle in a hay stack. I know because i'm a black atheist

African Americans have

1. the highest crime rate
2. lowest S.A.T test scores
3. lowest marriage population
4. highest number of single parents
5. highest prison population
6. highest amount of health problems

African Americans need to stop believing in God and deal with reality

Im concerned because of my love for them.

Recently, in the local newpaper, they did a special 3-day report on the "end of the world and are we ready", describing that one of the three could happen:
1. Natural disaster
2. Flu pandemic
3. War
Which one do you think will be the one to end us and why?
It sounds like it's close (why the special report NOW?) so I think it's important to consider it.

...Muhammed, Joseph Smith, or L. Ron Hubbard. They all claim to have been divinely inspired. I think they were probably all delusional.

Wait, hear me out first.

You will ALWAYS have friends, no matter what you do. Spew racist hate against jews, friends defend you. Call a Teletubby gay, friends defend you. Screw a hooker in your car, friends defend you.

I wish my friends were that delusional.

Two things: Clinton was more sincere in his apology than Gibson, and what Gibson did was worse.

But all you hear christians saying is "Mel should be forgiven, he is sorry."

OK, so go right ahead and forgive Bill now, you disgusting hypocrites.

I find a reoccurring theme in just about all religions is a belief that somehow our consciosness lives on. Is this because as humans we are ultimately afraid of dying into nothingness?

Christians have the only religion in the country that expects taxpayers to pay for their kid's education in the form of subsidies. If I have a differant belief, that's tough. We can't have parochial schools for our kids - we just get forced to pay for someone else.

How do they justify this?
