As a christian, do you believe in paranormal activities?

I know that many people are going to judge me and disagree with me for saying this, but as a Christian I believe it could be a possibility that ghosts exist, but I don't see it as ghosts, I see them as lost spirits or souls.

I have never seen a ghost in my life, and I respect the people who claim who had. I haven't seen little kids, nor old people as ghosts but I have seen shadows, heard strange sounds and felt weird presences in certain places, but since I believe in God I just say that I am not going to get affected by this things and don't think about it.

I know many people have seen weird shadows and heard strange noises but don't want to admit it publicly because they are afraid of being mocked, or they think is a product of their imagination like I think, or we don't just want to accept those kind of stuff exist to not be afraid.

I sometimes think it just my imagination but is hard for me to explain why I sometimes heard weird noises during the night when everyone is asl

asleep, like if someone was walking barefooted, or if I am washing TV suddenly I feel and see through the corner of my eye a shadow passing.

Most of the time I ignore it, and continue doing what I am doing.

Maybe it just my imagination but I really don't let this affect me I know that with God I am in peace and nothing can do me harm.

What is your opinion? Remember I am not proving ghosts or paranormal activities are real. I am just saying it could be a possibility.

If God exists, and the Holy Spirits, why can't lost spirits or souls exist also?

Thanks everyone. Like some of you say: They exist but stay away from them. Thats what I do. When I was younger I experienced a lot of weird things that I can't even explain here because they are very personal. At that time I suffered from depression, and I felt that many negative thoughts or demons tormented me during the night, and I prayed for God asking him to protect me and make those negative things disappear and then felt peace.

Now I rarely experience that. I just see weird shadows and strange noises but I just pray and ignore them.

It says in Hebrews that those who are absent in the body are present in the Lord. That there is one death. In the man in the graveyard, in the New testament, Jesus cast out demons, who were legion because they were many.
There are no such things as ghosts. There are demons. Don't ignore them, cast them out.
If you are a believer in Christ, You have power over them with Jesus name.

Of course I believe in the paranormal. If Jesus were here today people would call him a witch that was casting spells. We (human - kind) judge others and put them into these categories, thinking the supernatural or paranormal is bad or evil. Spirits that are still here can be good or bad, just as people can be, but if you are a believer then you know the bad can't hurt you.

Also remember that everything you see, the building you are in, the light bulb, the computer, it all started with someone's imagination. So how can we say imagination is wrong? It's what leads us to technological advances, and makes our minds think for themselves instead of relying only on what someone tells us

Once a mortals time here is done, and the soul has gone on, there is no coming back. What are seen as Ghosts are infact evil spirits pretending to be the souls of those who have passed on.

These are the forces of evil and they know enough about certain individuals to make some think they are in fact their passed relatives...or other wandering souls... But they are not...

The forces of evil are very real and they can be seen at times... usualy they cannot, but do cause trouble by causing physical harm. And by mind whispering temptations to suseptable individuals... All so-called paranormal stuff is from the actions of the forces of evil.

I have seen one and been touched by it... no harm but lot of fear...I have been twice asaulted by spirits I did not see but who did physicaly move me. The sighting was long before I became of The Christian Faith... The two assaults have occured since I became a Christian... I believe the sighting was to have been a possesion and it was stopped by the presence of witness... The assaults were , I believe, from angry spirits who wanted to trouble me for my active Christian Faith involvment..I commmanded them to depart in The Name of Jesus The Christ and they did.

hey girl, why do exorcims exists ?. Beacuse many things are around us. Good and bad things. Definitely this life is not only what you see .. there is so much more. But don't try to find it out.. it could be dangerous. Somethings are ment to know and may other not. You are not a bad christian, it exist and nobody can hide it ... no matter how hard they try. the soul is made up of energy that can only be found in animals, it is a living energy. when the vessel, or body, for this energy becomes to broken or unable to carry the energy anymore it leaves still maintaining conciousness and basically goes where it wants, the ones that stay behind are to connected to their surroundings so they stay, thats why when you see ghost they are always here because of some problem they had when they in a vessel, the only reason they are here is because they can't let go.
