many christians consider rock and roll, hip hop, and sometimes, jazz- music of the devil. this suggests that satan listens to stuff like jimi hendrix, slayer(obviously), kool keith, primus, critters buggin, miles davis, and all sorts of other great music.

so, if they listen to the above music in hell, and in heaven, they're listening to P.O.D., Creed, MxPx, DC Talk, Tamplin, etc.- who the f*ck wants to go to heaven?

So let me understand , followers of the kuran dont believe Jesus is the key to cleansing of sins like Christians do? Christians belief the only way to righteousness and heaven is through acceptance of Jesus as Gods Son and in faith that we are made acceptable to God by the act that Jesus performed of suffering/dying/and then being resurrected miraculously by God ... a defeating of sin that we have access to through faith.
What is the key to salvation in the Kuran? Just believing God exists and following strict rules? I'm curious now ...

you need to leave us christians alone! We are not hypocrites, and we arent hateful. I love everyone, i do not have hate in me, like i should. We are to love everyone, so much hatred people have for us christians. What did we do to you? Why so much hatred? Certain christians, are false christians, but the ones that love, and arent hypocrites, are real christians. You can tell us apart.

But I pray for people that are messing up their lives,I dont hate them. I let God do the work.

My friend and his wife took their nieces in...they were homeless..and the older one has always had problems...She accused the uncle of some sexual lewdness and now the family is shattered...plz pray that he will be vindicated . Can you pray with me about this ? he is innocent.

simply saying we are proof that god is real doesnt make sense,we choose to breathe air,we choose to put the necssesary nutrients in our bodies needed to survive,if we stopped that we would surely die,i think thats weak when it comes to proving god exists that way,please no scripture,that makes me think you are crazy and confuses me more, and are there any real explanations for why we really exist?i welcome all opinions,but at the same time i would appreciate thought out,scientific answers,and also if we stopped eating/breathing,would god be there to take over so we would not die,if not,isnt that a condradiction in its self as far as god goes?and saying just believe for the sake of just believing doesnt make sense either

What if you found out that the religion that you believe so strongly in...had been tampered with...by the ones who were intrusted with the documents...to be past on to the next generations...and they were changed to suit the political beliefs of that time...modified to blend in with the beliefs of that time...and each time they were past on...they were modified...time and time again...how would you feel...?
What would you think...if you found out...that a religion that you believe in...that the original documents had been destroyed... and the ones in possesion of them would not let anyone see...the documents that their incharge of...because there was no documents to show...and the reason that the documents were destroyed by the ones in charge...was that there no origional documents to begin with...and that the only things known for sure is...that there is a God the father...the son...and the holy spirit...how would you feel...?

There are a lot of contradictory, violent, and downright strange pronouncements all through the Old Testament.

Most Christians state that they do not follow these pronouncements (I'm talking about those particularly in Leviticus and Deuteronomy) because Jesus gave himself up for them and freed them from OT laws.

If that is the case, shouldn't the old testament be excised from the Bible, as it simply detracts from and confuses the New Testament message?

The Mormon church believes that Joseph Smith translated a book called the Book of Abraham from papyrus scrolls the church obtained from the catacombs of Egypt. Have the original scrolls been found (I understand they have - any uncertainty here)? Do they show that Joseph Smith was correct in his translation?

I found some Christians online who think that watching Hentai is not a sin, I must say it's hard to argue, if you can watch it merely for the sexual aspects, without imagining yourself in there or lusting, is it a sin to watch, it's not real people if the "sex" that is happening isn't violent or anything is it really wrong to watch, I'm having trouble figuring this one out, how can it be wrong if it's not real it's just animation?
