you need to leave us christians alone! We are not hypocrites, and we arent hateful. I love everyone, i do not have hate in me, like i should. We are to love everyone, so much hatred people have for us christians. What did we do to you? Why so much hatred? Certain christians, are false christians, but the ones that love, and arent hypocrites, are real christians. You can tell us apart.

But I pray for people that are messing up their lives,I dont hate them. I let God do the work.

But just realize even though what ur doing is wrong, I still love you<3

Christianity as it is, is a good religion. Understand, that doesn't make every Christian "good", nor does it make them hypocrites or hateful.

Most churches I've seen lately have split due to arguments and backbiting - which is NOT what is supposed to happen, is it? Everyone else in the world looks at this and makes judgements based on observations they make - which are also influenced by the right wing nut cases they see in the news.

Get used to it. It's here to stay.

While I agree with some of the things you said about all christian not being hypocrites, you have to understand that your in the religious spiritual section of yahoo!answers.Athiest, agnostics, christians, and other religions will always put their opinions.Im a non-denominational christian, and come to this area to give my own questions and opinions for what the word of god says. The truth is that all christians will always be attacked for the actions of a few lukewarmers. This area will always have debates. I just pray that while we do debate that Im able to make some second guess their claims and come to christ. I understand your plea but it wont work on this area. God bless

I am a Christian, too, and while I agree with a lot of what you said you're slightly wrong about one thing. Christians (inlcuding me... and you) are hypocrites. We sin. Anyone who tries to live to any moral standard and sins is a hypocrite. Every human being is a hypocrite to some degree.
Be careful what you write about stuff like that. Atheists will use that against you.
Not scolding..l just educating.
Keep on keepin on!

well see, what makes me mad is the things like the davinchi code protest...if people who believed otherwise didnt want to see it, they didnt have to watch it, then they go and try to pull it out of theaters, ruining everyones fun! plus, it was labeled fiction. also, almost every war has been started by religion. milliopns of inoccents were killed just because they didnt believe the same things...that might just tick a few people off. and you should probably consider cutting god some slack, cuz if you havent noticed with all the goings on, his hands are PRETTY full. It is nice of you to still love everyone though.

Mat 24:12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

Don't let it take away your love, or your joy. Just hang in there, and keep your light shining. Remember Who you belong to and Who you represent. For alot of folks, YOU may be the only Christian they will ever truly meet...or maybe you didn't know, but there are an awful lot of frauds out there using the name "Christian" in a very selfish and hateful way.

Hi,
You need to realize that they are not attacking Christians but Christ Himself.
It has been that way since he came to earth.
Don't be offended by what they say, just steer them in the right direction if you can and pray they will see the truth.

This may get deleted because you violated the rules. You did not really ask a question, you just made a statement.

First you say:

And then you say:

Here's a deal for you - we'll leave you alone if you'll leave us alone. And that includes praying to your God to change us and the way we believe.

I don't pray to my Gods that you will suddenly "see the light" and become Pagan. I would appreciate the same courtesy from Christians.

I agree with you. So many times I get blamed or looked down on for things others have done. The thing where people think if one is that way, then we are all that way. I try to do the best I can, but no one is perfect. I tell people all the time to openly and respectfully tell me if they see or hear me do something wrong so I can fix it. Do they ever say anything? No. They just pass judgement and say you are like all the others. How can you fix something if you don't know what is broke. When we look at ourselves we are bound to miss things. Thanks for the question.

The ones who love and who aren't hypocrites are not the ones at whom those questions are directed--at least not my questions. Ignore them and know that the majority of them were intended for the false Christians, the hypocrites, and the sheep that believe it but don't know why.
