Personally speaking - no, however, I do believe in them and I think the most reliable of sources for their existence is with the very young - before they have had time to experience the mantle of adults putting them through various emotional and religious hoops.
I had a cousin who was just about 4 years old and on a visit to Hampton Court. The parents were with the cousin and it was when he asked his mother about the "funny" lady over there, pointing in a direction where they (the adults) could see nothing at all. When my cousin was asked to tell them what the lady was like he said she had a "funny" collar with "waves" in it - he was describing a ruff collar of the tudor times and the parents drew the conclusion that he saw, probably the ghost, or spirit if you prefer, of Anne Boleyn

Yes I have seen several and have "felt" the presences of many more. I am a medium in training and regularly attend serious investigations. A spirit is nothing to be feared, it was once (in most cases ) a person just like you.

yes......... saw the ghost of my father 3 hours before i knew he was dead and he had been dead for several hours 500 miles away. i was 15 at the time.

I have. PLENTY of times. One lives in my house.
I can't seem to get rid of him, unfortunately. In fact, he's more in the way of getting rid of me.
