What religions oppose Halloween? We think it's fun but some people get really weird about it. A lady at my child's school made a big deal last year about them not celebrating Halloween. Just wondering if certain religions have rules against it or is it more of a family choice?

Who give you life everyday? Who makes you successful in the things you do. Look at the marvellous things God did 4 u, sometimes God tests you to see where you're at and he mostly tets you in your weaknesses, so if you realise that you keep failing pray and ask him to show you the weaknesses in yourself and for him to release strength into your life. You'll see how life would be different 4 u after all, but of course you have to have faith, things don't come easily and sometimes you have to give up a sacrifice to God in order for miracles to work in your life. DISAGREE state why!!!!!

I know He had to go to jail in past. I assumed He hadn't really confessed He was a Sinner needing a Savior, confessing Jesus Christ His Lord (life commitment). He now has a new show. Did He get saved and become a born again Christian? Or is He still a hypocrite? If He did get saved, do you know when & how this transformation took place?

The Israeli soldier captured by Palestinian terrorists is going to be killed in about 3 hours if Israel doesnt release 1,000+ Palestinian prisoners. This is a dyer situation and if you could just pray for the safety of Israeli soldier, Gilad Shalit , and for a peaceful resolution to this current escolation in violence. thanks

This may surprise you, but it is not because of your beliefs.

Rather, it is because of your pride in forcing those beliefs onto others - through law, and taking away people's right to choose for themselves, a secular path.

No one is forcing you to accept gay marriage - just to let individuals decide for themselves, and even if it is legal, you have every right to maintain your personal opinion.

No one is forcing you to have a first trimester abortion if you cannot afford a proper life for that child. Just that you let people decide for themselves, and face the consequences for themselves.

No one is forcing you to believe in evolution - just to keep your beliefs that are faith-based, out of public schools.

No one is forcing you to accept Atheists, Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, secular Deists, etc - just that you allow them to practice, with choice, the morals of their own if they do not directly affect you.

Stop trying to be prideful, stop proselytizing - you won't be hated as much

Please don't use the excuse for His resurrection on the first day, it still does not say that He changed it. There are eight scriptures on the first day in the New Testament and none of them say anything about changing the Sabbath day. So where is it? Remember the scpritures have to actually said it. Amen!

i have 7 brother's sister's we all have been on in and out's some time in our life but all of us has come to terms with one another but we have two brother's that are still fighting with each other and has been for year's we are at our witts end as to what to do about it because when all of us are togather they are pulling us from one to the other with dirty gossip are thing's that happen between them year's ago i wish we all could just get alone all this fighting is makeing me not want to be in the family circle again what do you thing? both are suppose to be christians

In the bible, the book of Genesis says, that after God created the earth, he created a man from the dust of the earth, in his image, named Adam. After some time passed by he saw that it was not good for man to be alone, so he took a rib from Adam while he was in a deep sleep and he created a woman named Eve. Considering that human life began with these two aren't they our common ancestors?
