I'm a French student. Last year my English teacher and her assistants, who are American, were shocked that we don't really talk about religion at school in France. However, we (students) completely disliked their insistence on such things. I remember a friend of mine told them that we don't want to hear constantly things about God (they spent one hour dealing with protestantism!) as many of us didn't believe in it or simply didn't care -- and I agree with him, religion and education should be separated.

Feel free to say I'm wrong or that they don't represent the American education, my question is mere curiosity and not provocative at all.

I am a Pagan practicing the Celtic faith and my question to any Pagans who wish to answer is what drew you on to this path? In my case it was years of looking for something that made sense. How about you?

i am a catholic and when athiest friends argue with me over my faith, they attack me for not been properly religious. when i dont use the fundamentalist attitude to answer athiests they get angry, because they think that all christians are fundamentallists.
i have now come to the conclusion that athiests are the worst kind of extremists. what do you think?

Can you back it up with scripture...for example;

Rev 21:4 The tent of God is with MANKIND and he will reside with them. and they will be his PEOPLES, and God himself will be with them, he will wipe out every tear from their eye and death will be no more, neither will mourning, nor outcry or pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.

2Peter3:13 There are a new heavens and a new earth we are awaiting, and in these righteousnessisi to dwell.

If the earth we to be rendered humanless, who would practice righteousness, the animals?

Rev 14:3b 144,000 who have been bought from the earth.

Psalm 37:29 The righteous will possess the EARTH, and they will reside forever UPON it.

Jesus said, 'Happy are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. Matthew 5:5

My daughter is unable to attend church on Sundays because she has to work weekends. She has a two year old son..Her Sister-In-Law told her if she didn't take her son to chruch he would go to hell if something should happen to him...I am unble to attend and take him to church because of health reasons. I thought God was everywhere..not just in church on sundays..We do believe in god..we just don't always get to go to church..
