is he the son of God or is he part of God?

its kind of hard for me to claim that my arm is my son when I did not help give birth to it and it is a phisical part of me.

so which one is it?

that God has the same relationship and experiences with everyone in the same manner, meaning and way? It seems a bit short sighted to believe that God is the same to everyone when we are talking about an omnipotent being, right?

Before I ask, know that I AM a Christian, which is why I ask this question.

I am appalled by the number of times I see Christians telling non Christians that they're "going to hell". How can you possibly be a Christian and NOT KNOW that that is completely NOT YOUR PLACE to say??? You don't know anyone else's heart nor what God has in store for them. When you are commanded not to judge-- this is SPECIFICALLY what is meant by judging. Pop culture would have you believe it's all about judging the behavior of others-- NOT SO. There's nothing wrong in telling someone they're doing wrong-- as I'm doing now. What IS wrong is to pretend you know their heart and judge its destiny. How dare you do this???

ok some of u took that the wron way. i didnt say Jesus, the actual Jesus did any raping. the man they have portrayed as jesus, ie: the man they have hanging on the cross, or in pictures is the man who supposidly did this. and i'm not arrogant, like i said i have my own beliefs about the lord, i dont follow a church or a religion cause He speaks directly to me and i just cant trust what everyone is saying, a lot of hypocrites out there. i dont really care much where he came from, he came from God so that's good enough for me. and if it's just a figurative of speech that his skin like bronze and hair like wool then y say it cuz to me that sounds like a black person. regaurdless if he is black , white, green, blue, red, or any other color i love him all the same, im just trying to gain kowledge and insight.

must understand the issues involved here lol. what exactley is this word? besides the sex issue or the wanting issues! does it really matter who you love? why do people fall in love? is there guilt that goes with love,hopelessness or what? my beleif is that it's just a thing so that others can control one another or it's a selfish thing of sexual sattisfaction from one person to another....so what is love really in truly?

My 1st year of college I was waiting for a bus with a classmate. Across the street was a few students and a sign that read 'Would Jesus go to the Strip' (a line of bars near campus), and there was a place to check yes or no. The guy next to me says "Hey man, you should go put 'yes' over there and piss them off." I thought it was rude and said "Nah, I wouldn't do that. Religious people don't bother me and I don't harrass them. Just because I don't believe in God doesn't give me the right to judge or harrass them." All of a sudden the guy turns holy roller on me. He starts calling me a satanist, and states that I am going to hell, etc. This guy, who moments before encouraged me to make fun of Christians, began harrassing me. I never got in his face and just let it go. Then at the end of class he came up to me and said "God must be mad at you now". I humored him & asked "Why?" He stated "those girls (and pointed) think that you are GAY" I laughed and said "Like I give a chit."

Not one person's fingerprints are the same. Nore their tongue pattern, or the gap in between their fingerprints. Even their voice is different from everyone else's. so there are 3 gods, but christians say that 3 gods in one person.. so 1+1+1=1 not 3!! you better think deeper. Allah has no son. Allah did not send him self down the earth in a human called Jesus. Jesus is a human like your self but he is a profit that had a message to the world. All the profits before and after Jesus did the same. Your bible has been changed and altered my friend. Allah does not need a son to clear the sins of the humans. Allah can do anything when and what ever he wants. Think deeply christians cause you will be asked by the Only Allah when you die. and he will not forgive you all of saying these kind of things about him. I hope that every christain will get sure that his bible now is the word of allah then beleive in it if it is correct which i really doubt.

i have my own beliefs about God. I am not totally schooled on the religion thing however a couple of friends as well as myself have a convo about God and anything that might be related to it, it was brought up how everyone thinks Jesus is white. not being racial but doesnt it say that his feet like bronze, hair like wool? i dont know of any white persone to have hair like wool and feel the color of bronze. secondly, it also came about that the "Jesus" that everyone has embedded in their mind is not the true Jesus, he's actually a rapist he raped his own sister, and a child molester. can anyone give a little insight?

A few of you have lashed out at me calling me hypocritical on my "Why do catholics bash protestants" quesion.

Am I bashing catholics, or am I just stating facts. There are so many of you fundamentalists out there that have no problem quoting scripture, or telling me that I am a hypocrit, yet you fail to answer my question.

I didn't ask if my question was hypocritical, so why do you answer me that way? What is wrong with answering the question? Oh yeah, you know that what it is saying is correct so you need to lash out in another way to make yourselves feel better.

This is a question and answer format. I would appreciate it if freaks like you would answer the question, not pussy foot around it to try and get your comments in.
