ok now i understand that christians believe that God takes 3 forms, the father, son and the holy spirit. Jesus is the son of God, yet Jesus is God. so, is it like saying that Jesus is the father of his own?

What a pity... a few hours ago DR. DINO ( http://answers.yahoo.com/my/profile;_ylt=AqwaRQ7Tqd9K5ELuQHT5btLsy6IX?show=AA11731464 ) went all ape and started making CAPS LOCK attacks at people... He wrote one about me titled 'ATTENTiON CHRiSTiANS: *****T'. (sic.)

I was so happy that DR. DINO had called all Christians' attention to my being a '*****T' (sic.) but then I discovered that his statement against me had disappeared while his statements against two other Yahoo! Answerers have remained...

Is this unfair discrimination? I demand that fundamentalists everywhere call me a '*****T' (sic.) as soon as possible...

The Masoretes, who from about the 6th to the 10th century worked to reproduce the original text of the Hebrew Bible, replaced the vowels of the name YHWH with the vowel signs of the Hebrew words Adonai or Elohim. Thus, the artificial name Jehovah (YeHoWaH) came into being. (Encyclopædia Britannica)

The term Inquisition (Latin: Inquisitio Haereticae Pravitatis Sanctum Officium) refers broadly to a number of historical movements orchestrated by the Pope and aimed at securing Papal religious and financial authority in Europe through the conversion, and sometimes persecution, of alleged heretics.

In Spain and Portugal, the auto da fes and pre-decided trials of accused heretics, often ended with men and women being burned alive. Spanish missionaries would later import the Inquisition to the New World, convicting and killing Central and South Americans who refused to convert to Catholicism from the early sixteenth century onward.

There were four major movements, starting with the Medieval Inquisition in 1184 and ending with the Spanish Inquisition in 1834.

Santa Clause counts all naughty acts and all nice acts, and if nice overrides naughty, you get presents, but in the real world where there are real religions and real faiths, most stating that there is an ultimate judge or God who lets those who are good into heaven. What right do any of these religions or deities or stately figures have in telling the universe what is right and what is wrong, when the acts of right and wrong, love and hate, are infinitely complex. The mind is complex and no two are alike.

Scripture is plain that Christians are supposed to submit to the governmental authority they find themselves under; be it the unholy Roman Empire and being thrown to the lions, or the tyranny of the English crown and being taxed without representation in the 1700’s. Our duty is to pray for the authorities, not rebel. Were our forefathers then not ‘in sin’ in rebelling against the then present legal authority, the King of England? And if so, then does that mean we are bastard nation in God’s eyes? (that would explain a lot)

It is utterly mind boggling how in the face of absolute uncertainty people can spout off religious rhetoric and curse me for not believing it is truth. The truth is no one knows if there is a God or if their beliefs are correct. Anyone care to disagree with that. Just send me a message.

I think god created life and then made it evolve (Exept humans, i believe humans were also a creation of god). Think about it, why isn't everything evolved, because some sort of divine being chose to evolve certain creatures and not all of them.

Am I wrong?

I don't completely understand why plenty of excellent people (like Jews for instance) go to hell because of their lack of faith according to the Christian religion. Do you really believe that this is the correct way to interpret the Bble? Just wanted to know some of your views.
