yes, because they can't answer the questions! i asked if you would 'play god' and invent the perfect partner for yourself, and this guy started going on about how god doesn't lust. i asked if i should stop looking at good-looking girls, and some muslim guy started telling me that good muslims don't look at girls! i wouldn't say the thoughts are evil (although they sound anti-sex!) but they can't even understand or answer the actual question you ask!

No, because everyone deserves the right to express themselves, even if your own opinion is different. It's diversity of religious opinion which can strengthen your own faith (I've had chats with religious 'nuts' which have left me a little disturbed by their passion for what I percieve to be wrong, but ultimately stronger in my own faith).
I do agree, however, that using Answers as an excuse for a diatribe is wrong (regardless of topic) - if someone has an opinion they believe in, then there's nothing wrong with using Answers as a way to get other people to challenge your own opinion through answering an intelligent philosophical question but it shouldn't be phrased as a closed statement. This site is supposed to be for questions after all!

No, they're always good for a laugh. Although sometimes they are a little frightening.
And this is supposed to be a forum for free speech. There's nothing wrong in having a very passionate faith after all.

A South American scientist from Argentina, after a lengthy study, has discovered that people with insufficient brain activity read answers with their hand on the mouse.
Don't bother taking it off now, it's too late

No - not at all. I'm happy to read the rubbish that comes from these people, because it reinforces my belief that I am right and they are wrong, and it inspires me never to get lazy - there is still a lot of work to do in ridding the world of people like them!

As much as I detest religion, it justifies murder and intolerance, it suggests we should all blindly believe what we are told (in the name of faith...) instead of questioning and learning, it tries to enforce a morality based on fear instead of rational respect for life and each other, nonetheless, no-one should be banned from expressing their views and thoughts...

I think it is necessary to keep all religious stuff out of this. Religion is strictly personal and should be kept as such. No preaching or discourses.

No - I think it should be open to all. I believe in free speech.
The sexually obscene (I mean really extreme ones that are not written in jest as a wind up) worry me more.
But even so - we don't have to read what we don't want to read.
