I know that Gypsies usually adopt the religion of the country that they reside in(usually Christian or Muslim), perhaps in order to avoid persecution in those countries, but, what exactly are the religious beliefs of Gypsies in & amongst themselves?

did you know that?

1. the bible contradicts catholics in psalms 115:3-8

2. the bible never mentions the word Trinity(or its meaning in hebrew or greek

3. the whole chapter 17 of the book of john : jesus prays to god making a strong statement that he is indeeed Gods son?

4. mathew 24:14 clearly prophecises the JW's when it says: "...this good knews will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations and then the end will come."

okay everyone here has seen the age-old question, "do Christians really follow everything in their Bible."
this question always ends up being a trap. if I say yes, that means I'm a murderer who stones children to death. if I say no, that means I'm a hypocrit who doesn't obey my faith.
do nonChristians really like this all-or-nothing mentality?

I'd just like to know any facts you can tell me about the Mennonite religion. Why black vehicles? Why do they dress the way they do? Why do the women wear the white caps or black bonnets?

It seems to me that my atheist friends take note of terrible things, socially, politically and in peoples' personal lives and acknowledge that such things happen, but few present any solutions for individuals and societies. If you are weak then "that is too bad". Communism was an atheist attempt tp present a framework for society to build upon. At least Christianity offers answers.

Does anyone realize that Darwin himself said that he did not believe in evolution and that there was defiantly not enough information to prove that it was even remotely close to fact. If we really have evolved from "particles" that randomly were able to join together and create what is now a human being, where did those particles come from, and what caused the big bang if there was absolutely NOTHING out in "space."

It may seem heretical, but I am under the influence that it'll sound more like Pink Floyd than Handel's Messiah (musically, not lyrically speaking.) Seriously, in the way that one P.F. song just leads into another, and next thing ya know you've listened to a whole album, with the same message and theme, and the music hasn't stopped! If we're gonna sing to the LORD forever, it just kinda makes sense to me, but i don't know....
