Not too sure if Jesus would approve or not. I had the idea that maybe in its own way the Internet was the ant-christ though. Hard to say there is so much good there, but a tool possibly for way more evil? I don't know, I have met a lot of great buds from all over the world, but the net is harboring maybe something much more dark than what we can see. I mean we see the obvious with porn, and gambling and such, but maybe there is something darker that is in the shadows. And it all seems very lucrative, this whispering of instant gratification that the net gives, kind of like what the anti-christ would do. So maybe the evil that was prophesied wasn't to be necessarily born into a man, but rather an entity of the net? I don't know, who does?

I don't believe that Jesus would have a problem with the internet. The internet in its purest form is nothing more than a resourceful tool. Now on the other hand he may disapprove of the way that many people use the internet. They say that there are two kinds of people on the internet: predators, and victims. Which are you? You may easily fall victim to get rich quick scams, or become addicted to pornography. So I'm sure he would advise you to stay clear of those things. I feel that the internet is a great way to share the gospel, for those of us who may never be on t.v., radio or pastor a church. God Bless!

Most certainly. Assuming the bible is valid, it suggests Jesus was very much in favor of independent action by individuals - a religious anarchy that focused solely on worshiping God. The internet is as big an anarchy as exists.

I think he approves of the internet in general but i know he does not approve of many things on the internet. as long as it doesnt take over your life and you time spent over the internet doesnt take place or overrule your time with Him i think it is okay.

God approves of everything for good-cause.

Like a knife. some use it to cook, some use it to kill.

some people use internet for good, some for evil.

God only concerns about the good and evil part, not the tools.

Isn't it wonderful how many of you know exactly what God would think. Human arrogance, if I were God I think I would be upset.

Maybe it is time for a flood? No, done that. How about we do the first born thing? No, maybe we'll try pestilence again, so many choices, so many people to kill.

There is good and evil that can be on the internet. Jesus is all for good, but He hates evil. An example of good is EWTN. An example of evil is pornography.
